Rampage Jackson's wannabe CKD log

Sounds like you're doin great Rampage! Keep up the good work! What kind of macros did you have for the lighter carb-up?

Here is today's workout and food. I'll be off to a conference through Sunday, so I won't be logging my food, but will continue to eat like I have been. I will also take DCP as an insurance policy along with my ALA. The lodge we're staying at is supposed to be really nice, so I'll definitely have to hit up their gym!

Workout:
Deadlift 4x8 Green
Bicep Curl 4x12 Red & Purple together
Horizontal Row: 4x12 Blue
Upright Row 4x12 Red
Leg Curls 4x15 Red
Good Mornings 3x10 Blue

Food:
(What's the deal with the photo gallery)

Back from the conference. Had a freaking awesome time. I tried to avoid direct carbs, but didn't keep track of anything, as I was busy as hell. DCP seemed to work well, as I only added about 1lb. I wasn't perfect, but this conference was a major one for my industry, and I did a lot of necessary networking that should help me a lot long term...so it was worth it!

The gym they have is damn near all cardio, but they had some state of the art stuff.

I'll be back to normal life in the morning!

I'm still alive...business has picked up HUGE since the convention! Good and bad thing :). I'm not going to be logging foods for the foreseeable future, but I will be updating this log periodically with...updates.

Weight seems to be holding at 265 right now, but I've noticed it seems like I've been leaning out in the shoulders/biceps/legs...can't really tell much on the gut yet. I also think I need to get a new scale. Just to experiment, I stepped on it 4 times in a row yesderday, and got 4 different weights... the 265 is an average lol.

am torres got me thinking when he mentioned he was overseas. for the carb up, would eating mre's be beneficial. if my memory serves me correctly, mre's were full of carbs and protein. but it's been a year or so since i have seen one.

Not really, as most MRE's also have tons of fat. You want to keep fat to a minimum on a carbup
