Hey guys, I'm 17 - I'm not looking to bulk up huge.. just looking for some more muscle mass.
Is Ragnarok a good choice just for some help in increasing muscle mass? I am thinking about getting the caffeine-free version, since I'm not a fan of caffeine. Is it effective? Will simply using it as instructed and eating more make a bigger difference than simply eating more with a lot more protein?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
