Since I purchased my Radiate I have only been using it for Pre-Fasted Cardio and I have been very happy with it's effects. Earlier this week I ran out of the Pre-Workout I have been using for my lifting days, so I thought I would just finish up my Radiate. I normally do not sweat much during my lifting sessions, but today (leg day) I was sweating like crazy and moving faster through my workout, this is some strong stuff !!
 
For best taste, how much water should I add to the tub?

These new flavors cannot get here soon enough. I really am enjoying a full scoop every day and thinking of doing one in the am and another midday. Thoughts?

I've been doing a rounded scoop pre workout (mixed with MaxReps is fabulous!! and about 3/4 of a scoop either morning or afternoon, depending on when I hit the gym. I've found 3/4 scoop doesn't get me sweaty like a full scoop does. YMMV

540oz + ice ;)


Full scoop first thing in the morning 30mins before breakfast. Then try another 1/2 to full scoop 6 hours later. Excellent focus, energy and appetite suppression to help you power through your day!

Perfect! I sip a full scoop over about 2 hours. I'm fasted all morning, due to IF diet. Not chugging it seems to control the sides well for me. I'm also quite stim tolerant, which is why I'm already on a full scoop. So I'll probably try another full scoop mid afternoon, post workout.

I also practice IF 16:8 diet. I was to incorporate this stuff once I am cutting again. Currently taking and logging FD2 :) till August. Does this help with appetite? I eat from 11a-7p and workout from 4a-5a. So first dose would be 4a and then at 10a which will all be fasted besides some coffee.

thebigt FireTitan and others would agree that it does.

We've had a few high calorie guys (+3-4k daily caloric intake) say they didn't experience it as much. I hypothesize that the amount of food in the GI daily at that rate would probably prevent some of the key ingredients from really suppressing the appetite.

My food window is 14:00 - 20:00 most days. Radiate definitely has some hunger suppression in my case. My work schedule is all over the place, but on the days that I work late first dose is preworkout (07:00ish), second dose is typically around 13:00, and I may not eat anything beyond a shake until 19:30 or so.

Wow that's amazing. I struggle with my appetite. I swear I could kill one of those 10,000kcal challenges that are all over youtube lol
 
I am on record as saying that radiate is in my top 5 appetite suppression supplements of the last 11 years---most of the others top 5er's had ingredients that have been banned...everyone's results might not be as good as mine, but I highly recommend giving radiate a shot!!!

Exactly what I do bro! 1 upon waking and one afternoon PWO. Works phenomenally!!!
 
firetitan...1 scoop am and 1 scoop mid-afternoon ...appetite was crushed and energy level was good all day and into evening with no crash, and no sleep issues either!!
 
Just stopping by to say - YOU GUYS ARE NUTZ! But in a good way of course! ;)
Got my tub yesterday. Took a halfa scoop for my hi rep/ heavy weight upper back session. I sweated my ballzez off! I haven't sweated like this while training in YEARS! AND without being over stimmed.
I got a good feeling about this!

I tried to get pics of the flower (tulip?) and Waldo but they kept coming out blurry. However, I think the idea of easter eggs on a label is brilliant!

Best thing that's happened to me this week!

And as a way of paying it forward, any problem is I were to pass one of the bottles to a AM member that I would love to see run Radiate?
 
How about we take that up a notch and have you pick that person to send a bottle to on top of your winnings? That way you still get to dive into all those flavors!
 
Appreciate the kindness of wanting to send out a weeks worth of samples. You can send that to someone else on the boards who has never tried them.
You guys always take care of me at RXS MonteCedillo , so pass the good wealth to someone else on AM and let them experience radiate first hand.
