My main concern here is finding out what the suppression and recovery are really like relative to ostarine and lgd.
I doubt I'm near my genetic limits, so that's a considerable factor, but both times I've run ostarine I got excellent lbm gains in the range I was hoping for, very mild suppression, and very easy recovery. I know the general consensus is that osta is more of a cutting compound, but my n=1 experience was that it packed on solid muscle. Prior to the OL UK radarine release, I somewhere got the idea (who knows where exactly) that rad would be at least comparable to osta for gains, with even less suppression. That assumption is looking like it was wrong, based on the bloodwork posted in this thread recently, though who knows if that can really be trusted until we see more of it. Also want to see more of how it affects FSH and LH using osta and lgd as context.
At this point in my life, I'm not a 'gains at any cost' guy. I loved my osta experience exactly because the recovery was so easy, and for me I fully accept the more moderate lbm gains as a fair exchange. If rad proves to be even harsher than lgd for suppression and recovery, I'll have to rethink my plans for it. Not saying I necessarily wouldn't try it anyway... it is sitting in my kitchen cabinet already... but I would need to approach it from an entirely different mindset than I had been up through now.
