No good. Its actually very nice in Northern Ohio right now. 73 and loving it.
 
Okay so I'm going to take a break from trimming the hedges to give a quick update. I woke up around 3 pm (third shift early morning) had a whey shake and 2 fat smack. Played with the kids and went to start my yard work. I can't remember the last time I woke up and got my day started without coffee and actually had a good day. I feel focused, plenty of motivation and energy and I'm in a great mood. Still not hungry 4 hours after my whey breakfast. This is looking like its definitely gonna smack some fat over the next few weeks.

Shoulders legs and cardio after work. Downing some FS to push me through this long shift. Then again to dominate my workout!
 
The first day I didn't feel that appetite suppression like I did when I sampled FS. Yesterday and today I feel like I have to force feed myself. This will make cutting carbs much easier. I'm out of whey hopefully my nutra order gets here tomorrow or I will be running to Meijer to get through until it does.

Cardio: 32 minutes on cycle

Pouring sweat today. I added another dose around 5 am. Seemed to hit the spot. Energy is up and still have a very limited appetite. I need to pack an extra whey shake tonight just to make sure I'm getting enough protein.
