@Jinsun i see you are thinking along the lines of UK prime minister.

While i do not agree in letting things go naturally, here is what i believe will happen. This isnt going away any time soon. Even with strict quarantine rules death rate is soaring.

Eventually those strict quarantine measures will have to be adjusted. Otherwise society as we know it will cease to exist.
I don't agree with that also, obviously. But I don't agree with the strict quarantine that we have now. Death rates are 4% in Italy for the officially diagnosed and much lower factoring undiagnosed cases. Average age of death is 79,5. It's a specific virus and it needs specific measures. Just locking everybody inside should be a first hand measure, after this, we need a specific strategy.

Anyway, I would much rather have you post a reference to the claim that primo boosts immune function, then discussing epidemic strategies. Where did you read about it? As it seems that all aas lower it, would be interesting to read why primo should be different.

Its sad people can extrapolate an androgen boosting immune function in a pathology like aids wasting and make claims on a healthy person in a completely different scenario.

Its even more sad seeing some companies taking this situation to sell products to apparently fight/prevent Coronavirus infection.

100% agree. My inbox is full of various supplement companies claiming this or that works to prevent corona.

Im pretty damn sure they can’t produce any peer reviewed, quality studies that back their claims up ffs 🙄

it’s so new and so different to anything before that we simply don’t know. Boosting your immune system probably never a bad idea but specifically saying that’ll beat corona is shithousary of the highest order.

that said I tried to tell my missus anal sex would prevent it 🤣

Thoughts on injectable b6, b12, glutathione, curcumin, etc, during this time? You can get these from many anti aging clinics

Apparently heat kills it , so I am thinking cayenne pepper as well.

So, primo was shown to boost immune function in aids scenario? That's where these claims are coming from?

The sad truth is this quarantine and people not working can’t keep going very long before our society goes to **** but this virus isn’t going anywhere soon. People will soon be required to go back to work and the 1-2% that we have been talking about will sadly die.

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree on all fronts.
We'll have to make it work longer rather than shorter for the benefit of all.

I don't know about anyone but my company, but we're not looking to go back any time soon no matter what Trump says. It will be about what the medical professionals say. Nobody else will open our doors.

That "1-2%" will not sadly die. If others open their doors sooner than later, it will be the responsibility of that 1-2% to practice safer living and have the support of their family and friends. The indeed do not have to die. If only we had great leadership in Washington to show we Americans can beat this! and it is about We the People, not We the Stock Market.

Too many in Washington have forgotten the trials and tribulations of this country, or actively ignored them.
We'll come through this my friend. Where we do agree in a sense? Remember how many have said, "Just remove the warning labels and let Darwin take care of it?" Nows our chance. Let the stupid move on to a better place, so to speak.

Let’s talk again in 2-3 months. I respect your positivism and idealism but the truth is no country will accept shut down for 3-4-5 months. It would be a set back of hundreds of years.

And what exactly happens if millions die? What kind of society let's that happen and can function normally after such a scenario? Herd immunty doesn't really work with covid19 as it mutates to readily. It has mutated 2 more times. We now have 4 strains. You can get immuny to one, but fall sick to a nother strain. And if you let millions get sick, god knows how many times it will mutate.

Most people will build anti-bodies which will protect them against future mutations as well...according to Corona Task Force

I think it depends on the mutation, I’m 💯 not an expert but I’ve seen many experts saying that a vaccine is harder when there were two variants.
The UK Gov initial strategy was herd immunity and something changed really quickly - we went from some restrictions to slowly move towards herd immunity to full lockdown, only leave the house once a day for exercise, only travel for work where you can’t work from home. Police are out asking people if they need to be out etc....

personally I can do one of my jobs from home and I set up a gym in my garage so life’s pretty sound but we are under no illusions this is 3 months minimum.

China lifted restrictions recently and it took 5 days but they had their first domestic case appear again....

imo there will be restrictions of some description for a year or until a vaccine is ready

Or it will cause us to finally progress as a society, especially here in the US. Because now we have reached a situation where a for profit health care system that turns away the poor is actually dangerous to us all. And allowing millions of mentally ill people sleep on the sidewalks poses a health risk to the rest of society who has no choice but to pass them. It took a dangerous viral outbreak to force us into a situation where we experiment with humane public policy. Here in Philadelphia we are giving the homeless a place to stay in hotels. And all who are sick can get a free test, and access to health care, no matter how poor. The federal government just passed a stimulus package that will give working class families and middle class families enough money to hopefully survive this period of unemployment.

So in a way we can look at this as a social experiment that forces society to actually progress in some ways. This is causing a Great Depression all over again. And the last Great Depression eventually led to a more equal society with the creation of social security, Medicare, a minimum wage, unemployment benefits, higher taxes on the rich, more investment in infrastructure. It transformed America and led to the most prosperous decades we’ve ever seen. Hopefully in the long run this situation will create something positive.

I have no business saying anything, and I have no horse in this, but I want to mention that every single thing you stated as a beneficial addition/evolution, is seen as a net negative by economists like thomas sowell and milton friedman. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but I do think the version of events you have recounted is a bit of a myth. But, again, just saying. I could be wrong.

Increased infrastructure spending isn’t a bad thing when done properly though. Much better than the bonkers military spending we have, although cutting back on crazy military spending doesn’t inherently mean we have to allocate that money elsewhere, we could always just, you know, not run up a crazy national debt

I mostly agree with what you are saying. There's dividends with infrastructure spending, but I don't know the situation with America atm. You guys might say you have a run down system, but even with investment, you probably aren't looking at dividends the size of which China availed itself in the past decade, because you are already pretty developed.
You do have bonkers military spending, but I really like that. That's what keeps you ahead in many ways, I would rather USA be the superpower than China, thank you very much. And Yeah you could have less debt, but couldn't we all? Anyway, that's a runaway train. The worldwide debt is truly staggering. Ain't nobody paying it back. Stimulus foreva.

Anyway, I am sure you guys must have seen all the conspiracies around the web. I am not a believer of anything. Just wanted to see what you guys make of it. I don't think anything is "up". I think things will just peter out. We will be back to normal in some months I guess. However, internet folks are convinced that something is going to happen. Including the second coming. What do you think? Anybody feeling anything?

Personally I feel the truth lies, somewhat disappointingly, in the middle. On one hand the second coming would be quite the event to witness but I think this is simply what it is, a virus which is a bit more of an issue than previous viruses but a virus none the less.

that said I don’t see ya being back to normal in a matter of months, I think elements of restriction will continue to apply for maybe a year or so (until vaccination is possible) and that we’ll have to simply crack on with life but with some inconveniences.

Yeah. I feel similarly. I don't believe it, but I wish this was some conspiracy where something huge would happen. Life's boring.

I knew the umbrella corporation was behind this! Even the lab where the virus was made in China has the same umbrella logo as the resident evil except blue and white rather than red and white. And COVID-19? Yeah that sounds like the nemesis program.

Mhm. That's a cycle. And not a good one at that, as there is no estrogen, which plays an important role in immunology.

No. You are just severly biased, as you are on cycle atm.

Lot's of us get sick on cycle, when usually we don't. I for instance got sick 2 times in the last two years and both times was at the beginning of the cycle. It's like a rule for me. If I do a cycle in the winter time, i will get sick. Period. And the worst thing for me is, that it takes a long time to get over it. Like almost a month.

Besides, aas do lower the immune function. I think this has been proven by now. If you think otherwise post some links. I would be happy to read them (no pun intended).

COVID-19 is not exaggerated.
We all could be in a world of hurt, even if it is collaterally*

It's 10x more contagious than the flu.
Anyone whom is not worried about being sick from it; should be more concerned about their elders; sick family and friends who's immune systems are always suppressed.

Too many are dying that would not have without COVID-19.
The projection is 100k-200k Americans, because they don't know.

Am I saying to anyone: Quit your cycle? Not necessarily.
Don't underestimate this new iteration of Coronavirus, and however slow it mutates, it is mutating.
All we need is for this to become airborne before they come up with a decent vaccine for it's current strains that have.

You’re wrong he’s off cycle and he’s been off for a few months. And it’s funny you’d tell someone he’s biaised when I’ve seen you been biaised on many topics too. Defending PCT in prior threads when you’re a PCTer etc. Isn’t it what all humans do? Be biased for what they believe? Okay you got sick on cycle and got a cold... did your immune system was so low that you died? Because that’s what would happen if your immune system was SO LOW. A cold would kill you. you’re a healthy person cycle or not even if you did catch covid you won’t die. Stay home stay safe and chill. Have you even contacted anyone knowledgeable to discuss this? Personally my trt doctor isn’t concerned at and concerning the IMMUNE SYSTEM he’d rather have me on 600mg of test than having me drink 5-6 beers a night. Those are his words.

I'm off since January. And we are all different. But, I think people who are longer on TRT or on longer cycle and hit a PCT have maybe slightly bigger change of getting cold or something like this, BUT they'll survive it.
And I never talk about something I don't know about. I speak facts and what I see and research, like we all do here. Listen to few German Dr's, the virus in Germany or in my country is not the same like in China or Italy.
And we all know our bodies, if you get sick when you hop on test, stay away from it, if you think it makes you stronger, blast it. That simple.

Ok, chill, nobody is attacking you. Obviously I hit a nerve. Didn't mean to.

This doesn't need to be a heated argument. I you want to stay on cycle, stay on cycle. But don't get mad if others dont agree. I think it's recless suggesting people to go on cycle or that aas don't affect the immune system when it has clearly been shown they do.

Look, the gist of my comment was that he was very dismissive towards this topic in a biased way. Didn't give any resources. That's all. And off course I am biased, but I am not heated, I'm not emotional. Just give sources and I'll gladly change my opinion.

this is spot on.

‘exaggeration’ is all about context. Does being on aas mean covid will kill you - no

could it potentially increase your chances of catching, and subsequently being able to deal with it effectively, yes.

that increased chance doesn’t have to be much of an increase for that statement to be correct.

but forget on cycle or off cycle. Regardless this has the potential to be fatal to us all.

stats from the UK (you can find these on all official sites or in the press) show that between 5 and 10% of the deaths they announce each day are fit and healthy adults with no underlying health conditions (the youngest was 19 today).

again, this can be fatal for anyone.

based on some rough numbers if you are fit and healthy in the uk and you catch corona there is roughly a 1 in 1,500 chance you die.

now normally I’d like them sort of odds but when we are talking life and death it makes me take it somewhat seriously.

this isn’t a ‘buy a apocalypse bunker and disappear for 6 months’ post but it’s worth taking a step back and thinking about things you can do to lower your risk of catching it (at a time when healthcare systems are struggling), boosting your immune system a bit (or not increasing any pressure on it). If there is stuff you can do with minimal impact on your life then to me it’s a decent trade off right now.

My advise if someone asked would be to stay off cycle. Perhaps not for the same reason as you but still why even risk it you’re right. I dropped my blast 2 weeks in when this happened so I’m certainly not against the idea that it’s not the best time to cycle. I just think there’s a solid difference between a healthy person having his immune system down a little IF EVER and a person having his immune system down to nothing and thus being in great danger even Against just a cold. I completly agree if you rather not take any chance at ALL. I just don’t think it’s fair and necessary to call it DANGEROUS.
