Quick question

A friend of mine is on a very mild pstanz (180mg ed) cycle; more or less to get his feet wet and decide about future endeavors.

He has a bottle of liquid tamox and I suggested taking it at 20/20/10/10 (or 1/1/.5/.5 I suppose). He also has a bottle of Activate Extreme.

For such a low dose of the pstanz, that should be more than enough, right? I just wanna make sure I am giving good advice.

should be enough. he could include some daa if he wanted.
