Quick newb questions!

Im starting the V-diet.

Im taking all the recommended supps

Hot Rox, fiber supps, etc

But i have a few questions before i get started if i could get some help.

I did some searching and for protein it looks like TEAMSKIP blend is probably the best choice for this, if i understood correctly?

Also for the Surge the guy reccomends. For durring/after workouts. I need a more readily avialable/cheap alternative. I havent worked out in a long time, so i think my body will need the extra carb/boost from this durring this diet. But i dont know enough about this type of product to come up with a alternative solution. Any help would be much appreciated.

Also for the salmon oil, he just lists how many pills he took. But they come in a variety of sizes, anyone have a rule of thumb to calculate how many i should be taking durring my diet?

...I know these are pretty new questions, but it would really help me out setting up and making this diet successful for me. Thanks ahead.
 
really if you are just staring back to working out, you shouldnt leap into this. get back into working out first, give it a month or two at least
 
I just need to dive in head first and get this done. Much like the mentality of the guy who created that diet, I find it easier to go to the extreme than middle ground. I know it wont be ideal, but its something i want to do.

I dont plan on working out hard durring the vdiet, just light high rep 3split body workout to keep everything up and condition myself for transitioning into the 10/10 transformation diet next.

I dont know if everyone will understand, but I need the intensity of this diet to to fuel my motivation. I just work like that....as weird as it may sound.

But please any advice on the above would be MUCH appreciated!
 
wait a month then try this out, even 2 your body wont be able to handle the shock of the v-diet and working out all at once when you havent dont it a long time dude
 
Im on a time crunch. But more importantly I have a general idea of what im doing...Im not exactly new to working out, I just am somewhat unfamiliar with suppliments.

Like i said before i need to lose the fat before i continue. I know its an extreme diet and im prepared for it. I also know my body isnt in top shape, so I will be modifying the workouts as I go, and according to how my body is reacting. Its possible i will just do light cardio some days, etc. This primary goal of this phase is to lose the weight fast.

I do however want to start very light body workouts to get prepared for the next phase, which is why i need a subsitution to Surge, because even though they will be light, it will still be semi demanding on my body.

I thank you for your post and concern. But I am very intent on doing it this way. I am just curious in regards to the suppliment information. So if we could get the topic back on track and offer some suggestions in regards to suppliments i would appreciate it!
