Doesn't matter!! :lol: Seriously, it's more a personal preference than anything else. Sinner has suggested that taking it with some fats might help with absorption, but it's not nearly as dependent on it as 3-AD would be. I've dosed with and without many many many times, and it makes no difference to me. Some have found that they can't do it on empty or they fell crappy. Some are the other way with food.
It comes down to trial, error, and when you want to fit it into your schedule. Whatever you discover, if you have any troubles, just let us know. Best of luck with it!!
ive been on the mass fx new stuff for about a week now
I have been doin 6 tabs per day and its been so far pretty good. I have noticed very good pumps and i look better. ThE strength increases havent been all that great but its only a week and i do know its working so im gonna stay on it for a while:dance:
