Questions about 3-AD and aPCT

It's that time of the year for me again, maybe.

I'm thinking on running another cycle and was looking at the mildest compound on the liver, which is where 3-AD came in.

The thing is, I'm not looking to gain a lot of size, my goal is to lean up, a good ol recomp cycle. As of right now I'm at 6'4'', 240 and about 20% according to my calipers. I wanted to reach a nice 230, 235 clean, at the 10% range.

So I was thinking of running a month long cycle of 3-AD or maybe more while pulsing it. Seeing that I don't plan on gaining a whole lot of size per say, and that I'll be eating mostly lean and proteins, not much carbs, I wondered what dosage I could use to achieve such gains.

I was thinking Monday, Wednesday and Friday hitting up 6 caps a day, so 18 caps a week which would allow me roughly 6 weeks counting a tapering in the beggining and at the end. How would that work? Would I see good results or would it just be a waste if I dose it that way?

Running along it I'd have Forsokli, ALA, Chromium Picolinate, 6 caps of Sesamin Oil, 10 of Fish Oil, Neovar and Geranium for pre-workout, Orange Triad and maybe some pre w/o supp.

PCT as I hear can just be done with aPCT, hopefully even easier since it'd be a pulse. But I also have some ATD and Trione that I can add up near the end of the cycle.

How would that sound? Anyone has tried a pulse with this compound? Cause finances also won't allow me to run a high dose for a full month seeing the cost of the supplement and my weight.

Also, on another note, aPCT has a good amount of 6-Bromo in it, and made me wonder too how much would it be worth as a stand alone supp if highly dosed. Taking up to 6 caps a day along with some other stuff, how would that hit me?

I apologize already because it probably has come up with something like this, but I read all the posts about both of them until page 4 and couldn't find any info on this approach.

And any help will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Gotchya Bruno...

First thing that I'd say is that I would not pulse 3-AD. A pulse method is used to avoid the side effects of more toxic compouds (like epi, mdrol, etc). You would only get maybe 60% of the overall value of the positive effects of it, and with 3-AD, it would be kinda useless. Since 3-AD is a combination of ingredients to work through multiple pathways, and since it is very very low on the side effects end of things, pulsing it would be a bit of a waste, IMHO.

As for running it on recomp, the first run I did with it was pretty much exactly what you are talking about. I lost 3 pounds on it in 5 weeks, but gained a lot of strength and definition.

So much of a recomp, cut or bulk is really determined by diet and training that a supplement like this can actually work for you with any goal you may have. In one aspect, you have the muscle-building agents in there which will work as long as you are training and getting the protein/carb intake in right. There's also ingredients like PLCAR that will promote more leaning and you'll even have a better attitude while on it. Overall, it's a very very solid product and I think you'll enjoy it.

PCT is simply aPCT, as you know. Without the need to pulse it, at 1 bottle 6/day for 15 days or 2 bottles 6/day for 30 days, aPCT is still 1 bottle for 30 days and you are done. That's it. Nothing else needed. Fin.

Well, hope that helps! Let us know if you need more help. We're here!

Sounds good then, I'll most likely be starting something on those lines too.

I was unsure if I needed more for PCT because I can't get ahold of a SERM again like I managed to my epi cycle, so it's def great to hear aPCT will work just fine.

Thanks a lot.

Yup! No SERM needed for this badboy. Ever! You'll do just fine. :)

Great to hear.

And the last question. As far as supplements to run along with it, would taking Yohimbine and Sesamin Oil be a little exageration as far as blood pressure goes or would it be ok?

Not quite sure how 3-AD would affect your BP. But the yohimbine might be ok to take. A pre-w/o stim would be very good to have on hand, though. Some experience a bit of lethargy, and I did while on a reduced calorie and carb-limited diet. This can be overcome with a decent stim. For me, it was either Rampage or SuperdrolNG pre-workout to get me going.

Otherwise, you'd be ok to go with those. Just keep tabs on your BP if you are concerned about it. Shouldn't be bad, though. :)
