Wow more than 2? 3 scoops was the serving size for the original Glycergrow but I heard the 3 scoops of that equals one scoop of this?
I am currently doing a three bottle run of Ara taking 6 caps a day 5-6 times a week and 4 the other 1-2 days I don't lift or workout. I will run it for 3 bottles which will last like 60 or so days. I am about 2 weeks in so far. Been stacking with L carnitine since the beginning and just added in the glycerol. I have 2 60 serving tubs of Glycergrow 2. Should I just use 3 scoops of Glycergrow 2 a day with the ARA? Or 1 scoop is enough?
