How many scoops of Glycergrow 2 should I take with x-factor advanced too get the full benefits? I'm taking LCLT with it AsWell but just got Glycergrow 2
 
I would double scoop it preworkout but that's just me. If you haven't tried it yet just use the recommended and see how it works no sense burnin thru your tub if you feel effects at 1 scoop. Just experiment for a few days.

Thank you. I mean I'm taking many different products and stacking this with a pre workout called nano vapor. I am taking Glycergrow 2 for purposes for ARA emulsification. The pump is an added bonus. What is the best dosage when stacked with x-factor advanced and carnitine too reap the full effects of the ARA??
 
Wow more than 2? 3 scoops was the serving size for the original Glycergrow but I heard the 3 scoops of that equals one scoop of this?

For its own purposes yes

But this concentrated glycerol is less effective than gms for emulsifying
 
I am currently doing a three bottle run of Ara taking 6 caps a day 5-6 times a week and 4 the other 1-2 days I don't lift or workout. I will run it for 3 bottles which will last like 60 or so days. I am about 2 weeks in so far. Been stacking with L carnitine since the beginning and just added in the glycerol. I have 2 60 serving tubs of Glycergrow 2. Should I just use 3 scoops of Glycergrow 2 a day with the ARA? Or 1 scoop is enough?

Any suggestions on what might be a better product then for the gms? Original glycergrow seemed to last forever.
 
Soy Lecithin Granules will emulsify too. 30 servs (15g) = ~$7. And you get the added boost from the PA.

Was just about to suggest this. I'm picking up some of this soon for just this purpose :) As you said, the added PA, PS and choline are all icing on the cake :)

I split the diff for economy - I take 3 Tbs. That's 1.8g of PA, more than double the study. I think Danes takes 4-6 (I can't recall at the moment).
 
So do you take the Soy Lecithin Granules everyday then for the P.A. content? Or do you just use on every workout with ARA?
 
I've been using them since last sept (I think, totally lost track, lol) varying dosing...every day for the last 4 months at just 2 TBS...then switched to 3 TBS preWO, 1 TBS on of days, I prefer this, I believe
