Good morning,
I'm currently taking two caps of Invalid Link Removed daily, one around 7am the other around 6pm. I've used it before while on a quasi-V diet and my overall results were very good.
However, I don't know if the efficiency of TTA's fat loss is determined by diet, meaning is TTA only (or most effective) while on a calorie restricted diet, like a cut?
I'm also taking Sesamin.
I seem to be stuck on this never ending recomp, hovering between 170lbs and 175lbs, and my ultimate objective is to get to 200lbs in 5lb increments of pure lean muscle. I'm starting to wonder if I should lay off the TTA and Sesamin.
What do you think?
