Question for new guy

New to the forum - just turned 40. Looking to gain lean muscle - 10 lbs or so and cut some body fat too. Train consistently- have for over 20 years and eat pretty clean. Tall and lean and have been a hard gainer.

I got some 11OXO and just started reading up on it. Not sure if it’s my best option. For the experts - what would you guys suggest. I appreciate the council
