question about mdrol/methyl e/methyl vol. PLZ help. WILL DO ANYTHING 4 ANSWER.

out of these three mdrol, methyl e, and methyl vol. what one gives the best results as far as muscle gain.

and can somone plz explain the difference between them? im kinda new here.

you are 5'6" and 125 lbs... how old are you? with those stats you should be looking a better diet, the things you mentioned will not replace food!
 
mdrol and methyl vol are both Superdrol clones

Methyl E is an epistane clone

Google "superdrol log" and "epistane log" and read 5-10 logs for each of them and you should get a pretty good idea for what you're dealing with
