Some Background info first:
This will be my second cycle (first was 10mg SD 2xED for 4 weeks), and I was planning on doing a 6 week Epi Pulse cycle as outlined in the Neoborn FAQ.
My objective will be strength and mass (preferably lean, but if its not that's ok), and my diet will be good, but not perfect. Workouts will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday With a Chest/Tri, Back Bi, Shoulders + Olympics, and legs day.
However, at the moment I am doing excessive amounts of cardio. I meet with a speed and condition coach M W F for 1.5 hours each session of basically HIIT cardio. I then do rugby practice Tue/Thurs for about an 1.5 hours each of VERY high intensity cardio.
My real question is will the excessive cardio completely kill the benefits of the cycle, or just promote lesser, but leaner gains? I would be very content with 5-8 lbs of LBM, but am worried that I will just waste time and money on this cycle.
My primary concerns, if I do go through with it, would be to compensate for all of the activity with appropriate food and sleep.
AM, do you think it is worth doing?
