question about liquid research products being underdosed..

I've read it plenty of times with regards to T3. Does this apply across the board to all research chems? Like AI's for instance? Or is it just something specific about T3 that makes it unstable in a liquid form?

Nope and nope. It's just that you can't count on dosing being very accurate in either direction.
