I agree, that diet makes me feel tops too. Lots of energy. Sounds almost like Paleo.

Your log is looking great. I should study it more, you've got some good assistance work in there.

Notes: Spend some quality time on my squat form. Got my grip close and got super tight and banged out 5 on 380. It is a big pr and it felt easy. The goodmornings were hard and sucked balls.

Pulling the bar apart, letting the weight settle, and putting in on my lats has made a huge difference in my AC health. My left AC was beat to hell and I had two strains in the area. It was so bad that I had pain benching the bar. The heavier the weights get, the more you realize that 100% technique is required to not advance, but to stay healthy.
