Quacktastic TD -epi log

Chest work out today. Tossed in some extra shoulders and dips at the end. Still hitting 285 (for one no spot) carb depleted. Considering having some carbs the night before and in the morning prior to my next chest workout to see if I can tap a PR prior to this bottle running out. Loving the DGE Conqu3r mixed with vitality PWO. Solid energy focus and pump.

Bottle feels like tomorrow might be the last day. I'm gonna have a small carb meal tonight and one tomorrow pre workout (I usually work out fasted so I'm gonna try to get up early just to eat lol)

I'll give my final review after tomorrow's chest workout.

Just finished up, there might be a pump left I'll keep going til it's gone but it doesn't feel like much is in there.

Things I noticed -

Definite firming of skin to application site (chest/shoulders)
Body resistant to losing scale weight. Generally thru November/December I put on some bad weight with all the winter beers and holiday garbage, but then when I cut carbs and alcohol in January I generally drop 5-8 lbs in the first couple weeks. I've done this for the past 5 years at least and the scale weight just comes off. This time I've only moved the scale a fluctuating 2-3 lbs, it's been down a pound up a pound down two pounds up a pound etc only fluctuating from 201 to a low of 197 and this morning was 198.7. My body fat according to the bf scale has gone down about 1.5-2%, but I carry nearly 80% of my bf below my navel above my knees lol, so I don't know if the bf scale only measures leg to leg or what. My pants fit better for sure.

I had a half a sweet potato last night before bed, and had a one scoop protein shake with a banana this morning pwo, generally I work out fasted except my pre workout, in this case DG conqu3r and vitality. Here's what I noticed this workout

On bench, my 225 set I've been hitting 7-8 reps, today I hit 10

My 275 set I've been hitting 1-2, I hit 3 but it was a slow last rep lol

I hit a new PR of 295 for one. I was pumped, it flew up pretty good, I was tempted to go for 2 but years back I ripped the shoulder and I've been much more cautious ever since.

Final thoughts on the TD -EPI.

Product dries instantly, doesn't smell like much maybe a little citrus.

Helps to firm application site, not sure if it's from removal of water, fat, both, or what reason hopefully if this is released there is a full write up explaining everything as I assume there would be.

I've been fully restricting carbs with the exception of fibrous veggies. No starches no Fruits, just basically broccoli, asparagus, carrots once in a while, spinach, peppers etc. I never felt flat, still got great pumps at the gym on a diet of meat fat and veggies. I ate the sweet pot and banana today because I wanted to see if I could push harder with the extra fuel. May have been mental but I'll take it. So, I feel the product may help with nutrient partitioning or glycogen retention in the muscle probably, just a guess.

Didn't lose much weight regardless of no carbs, HIIT cardio 2x a week and LISS cardio 1-2 times a week, along with 3-4 lifting sessions. I'll be monitoring my weight, percentage and will still update the log in the absence of the product to see what to be expected.

Recovery definitely improved, even with legs I'm ready to go in 2-3 days as opposed to 5-6.

I would buy this product if it comes to market, depending on what happens over the next couple of weeks, and depending on goals, if on a cut it may need to be cycled if you want to move the scale at all, unless of course I've gained muscle and lost fat then why would you ever come off? I wish I had access to a bf tank so I could go full on lab rat and see exactly what's going on instead of depending on the scale mirror.
