Q and A for Olympus labs EP1C

Definitely would have been a good idea in retrospect, but I think it's out of the country again by now (hasn't had a tracking update since Monday, so I am guessing it's at TW customs now and will get here today or tomorrow). So what do you think about that timing? If it gets here today or tomorrow, should I use it for 3 weeks, or just hold it until I come back? I am super excited to try it, but not sure if a 3-week run would be smart for this compound. Thanks!

Actually, I definitely could, but I won't have time to lift (mostly will be helping with stuff around the house, and travelling to see other family, etc.). Would you recommend that? I could do the first 3 weeks here hitting the gym hard, and finish up in NY. Just figured it wouldn't be useful to take it when I am not in the gym several days per week.
 
Just lift while in NY! I frequently lift when traveling, it's half the fun. If you're not going to hit the gym I wouldn't waste it

why not take it with you on vacay? im on day 10 stacking it with a bunch of other goodies like osta, but strength and recovery are tremendously up. Ill let the solo users decide how great this product will be but i can already sense it
 
You can take it forever!!!

Hopefully one cap is good for me so it lasts longer. I'm 211 and 8% bf at 6'8. Thoughts?
 
Do you do high or low rep routines? Which rep range did u notice it at?

High Reps, I'm an isolation type lifter, and recovery is amazing, can do set after set after set on weighted dips, theres like no fatigue. Strength is also notably up, meaning i can increase weight and do a rep range which i usually struggle with. Mind you, I've been religiously lifting since I was 16. I am however taking Osta, Xgels, DermaStrength, and SUP3R PCT, as well, but i can differentiate and associate what is doing what.
 
Im 6'1 210lb 9% bf and im taking 2 caps a day and I have seen a huge enhancement in performance in the 8-12 rep range.

Did you start at 1 cap first? I remember you mentioning one cap before as being basically the same as two fd caps.

If it were me, I would start taking it right when I get it but I would lift despite traveling. I've tracked down many hole in the wall wonders that way. If my fam doesn't understand I just hold them down, tie them up and untie them when I get back.

What's it worth to you? You want to wait on results? Do you want to start working towards achieving your goals now or in a few months? Results are forged in the rain, snow or shine no matter what city you're in ;). I've done park workouts before because I was literally in no man's land. Go out and take your ****ing results. Don't ask for them, take them

Phenomenal post. Still training 5x a week in Hawaii crew checking in right now a and wouldn't have it any other way. Squatted with a Polynesian dude today and he tore me a new one

agree with this, i would take 2 weeks off at most as long as you been lifting consistently for at least 6 months? less then that take a week

I'm an isolation type lifter as well, (-)-epi works exceedingly well for those that are
 
For anyone on one of the epi products, I know this is random but I've definitely noticed much more of a strength increase in isolation and grinding type exercises (squat and dl) and not too much of a bump in the explosives like cleans and snatches. Anyone notice same/different effects?

It would make sense. Oly lifts are more about technique rather than movements that are highly stimulatory for hypertrophy.
 
About to finish up a pouch of MyoSynergy and crack open one of my bottles of Ep1c. . . . noticed that most people are taking it first thing in the morning on off days, and about one hour preworkout. This seem about right for what is working for people so far? Also curious who all are running one cap vs. two caps.

Tomorrow is going to be Ep1C :)

If fd is truly 120 per cap and two works for people than I think 300 should be fine!
 
Where are you guys getting 120 mg being in folli from? Link to source? I thought I saw brundel say that there is NO LESS than 200 mg which would put folli dosing at 400 mg per day which puts ep1c users at somewhat of an akward position. Full dose of folli would be just over one ep1c cap and 2 epi1c caps significantly beyond one folli dose.

I saw a competitor claim 120, but i see nutraplanet saying 200. It would put us in an awkward spot i agree if true. I'll stick with one cap for now and see if i need to bump.

I was going to do one cap but in all honesty I dont think brundel would lie. I think there is at least 200 mg in folli, which means we are forced to do 2 caps of ep1c especially if we weigh over 200 lb. 100 mg is significant in my opinion, until we find out the actual effective dose for sure.

so far 300mg and 600mg both seem to consistently be bringing in positive reviews

This is starting to get old. The fact is proprietary blends do not tell consumers how much filler or active is in the product. That is fact. The rest is speculation. You nor anyone else know specific amounts of prop blends aside from the companies themselves, so to come in our thread talking about ingredient amount as fact is an erroneous premise.

Word, well it came yesterday (I didn't see this reply until today). I started taking it at 1 pill per day. I have 3 weeks before going home and will at least be very active while I am there, although wont be formally lifting more than once or twice. Also this way I will know how it affects me in time for this crazy Aug 5 sale. If I can beat my dead lift PR by the time I leave TW then I am sold! I have been prepping to try to set a new not-very-impressive-but-still-my-best PR for a few months and would be psyched to get it done before I go. Will let u know if it works out. Thanks!
