is it possible to be a non-responder or something? half way through my second bottle, and to be fairly honest, I have not noticed anything. Sleep is the same, hunger is the same, and there is no sudden jump in strength progression. I am taking three caps, one in the morning before breakfast together with 60mg of laxo, and two caps post-workout togheter with 80mg of laxo, eating slightly over maintance calorie wise.

I noticed intense hunger, very deep sleep & strength was off the chain (multiple PRs every week) but ultimately dropped the stack because I could not keep my diet in check....

I did gain a bit of fat but was in a min 500cal/day surplus. Considering my surplus it was much less than I expected

I was going to do ARA + ORIGIN but I've been dealing with neck injury / pain so the ARA was not the best option until I fully recover...
That's why the Ghar1ne option.
I thought about some Strength unleashed too... But ended up with the Ghar1ne.
Which would you pick to help the injury / reab?
What's the neck injury/has that been addressed by a professional? I probably would have gone osta over gharine for assisting with tissue healing though, but I don't know if you wanted to avoid anything suppressive given the rest of the stack.Thanks!

Doms seem to be basically non existent. We know how strange that is given how bad leg day is after a month off.
This recomp combined with the fact I'm meal prepping for the first time in my life, should be fun!

I'm almost two months into my Origin, Triumph, and Anabeta Elite run.
I found a very small lump on my right testicle a few days ago. I obviously know that none of these caused it.. I want to make that clear to anyone who reads this.
Should I be okay to continue Origin until it goes away or I get it checked out? Or should I stop Origin until it's diagnosed or gone?
I'm not asking for medical advice, I do plan on seeing my doctor.
I've also got a smallish lump. Saw my doc about it ages ago, he couldn't really feel it but he basically said cancer down there will make the whole teste swell and the lump that I was feeling is more likely where the tube attaches to the teste and is common for the nodule or whatever it is to cause a lump similar to what I was feeling. It hasn't changed in shape or size since and that was probably a couple of years ago now when I first noticed it.
I'd still get yourself checked out for peace of mind but just sharing my experience...I don't think it would cause any harm to carry on as you are until such time either.
<30g carbs per day, sounds horrible.Been origin 6 days and started getting shortness of breath which is personally a tell tale sign of going hypo for me. Also think BP is taking a drop. Anything I can do aside from adding carbs since I personally stay below 25-30g each day

Hypo sides got so bad I had no choice but to take a half a serving of man ISO Carb (straight dextrose 15g worth) felt almost instantly better

Now it has 45 days with Or1gin. I'm stacking with Lecithin and ARA and I can say that have gained 2 kg with 150 calories. I eat very clean with no crap. Hunger is crazy, but I restrain myself because my abs I want to clear them ... But I find it hard to stop. What it is strange to me that satisfied me very easily.
I did not notice better sleep, but more safe recovery. Very few DOMS despite ARA, but no improvement in libido (43 years). Excellent muscle fullness, but I think it 's ARA
In 15 days I'll finish with Or1gin and I will start with Alphamax xt to stack with the last month of ARA.
One last thing: when I ate too much at a meal, my gastritis bothered me; I'm fine with Or1gin

So from anecdotal reports....ya'll are telling me that people are gaining strength in a deficit like they would be in a surplus??? Also, is the fullness and pump feeling sort of like PA? Or do you feel like you just got out of the gym the whole day like when you're on a cycle?
I've had my 2 bottles in my cupboard since October and will finally be starting it on Monday. I'll also be stacking it with HMB-CA and Test1fy and PowerMaxXT...I'll be in a 500-750 calorie deficit 5 days a week then maintenance probably the day before squats and deadlifts. If I can gain strength I'd be ecstatic.

However, I didn't realize just how much of an effect Or1gin was having on me until I stopped. Due to some long trips for a new job I just took, I haven't been on Or1gin for ~2 weeks (forgot to pack it with my other supps). I didn't realize just how much of an effect it was having on me until this. Muscle fullness and sleep in particular have suffered. I just started back up, and will not be making this mistake again...

I had a jump in strength, then it became consistent but more than a normal surplus. Honestly it was 2 weeks before I noticed body comp effects, but I've gained 12lbs in the past 3&1/2 months and I think my body fat % is lower lol. I don't really have daily macros just go by how I feel, mostly surplus.
Don’t Fear The Bulk
A properly structured bulk isn’t going to turn you into a sumo wrestler. Yes, you might see a weight spike the first week or two, but this generally isn’t fat gain, so stop panicking. When you start bulking and eating more calories, a few things occur:
Carb Intake Increases Water Weight:
Bulking generally involves eating more daily carbs. Extra carb intake increases bodyweight in several ways. First, your bloodstream will carry more water on average, due to the fact that it is trying to dilute the sugar running through your system. Second, extra water in the bloodstream leads to increased sodium retention. You are also eating more sodium than you did pre-bulk, due to increased food intake. This combination leads to more fluid in your kidneys, and more overall water retention. Lastly, increased carb intake leads to more intra-cellular water. This extra water retention can cause some nice dramatic swings on the scale, especially if you are moving from a cut to a bulk.
More Food Equals More Waste:
Eating more food means you are processing more waste. At any given moment you have a greater degree of raw materials in your system.
The Bottom Line
Don’t panic. When you start a bulk you are probably going to gain weight the first week or two. This is not fat. Relax. Most of it is water and waste.
