If you want to add something, get a good Ginger Extract - specifically 10-Gingerol if you can find it. It's in Rikkunsh*** and along with Pachymic Acid, inhibits Ghrelin Deacylating Enzymes. That second one is from Poria (Polyporaceae; poria sclerotium) A.K.A Chinese Fu Ling - a fungus. No idea on sourcing, LOL.

Nobody ever said it's meant to be used on a bulking diet only!
 
any issues with stacking with anabeta elite? I did not see any specific ingredient overlap. Thanks!
 
I dosed before bed last night. No issues. I felt like like I had plenty of energy left, but fell asleep easy and stayed that way until my alarm sounded.

No issues before bed time either and like the bottle says Ive been taking it before dinner. So yes on an empty stomach but not empty for long

Well I always eat a 3-500 calorie meal before bed. I dosed before that
 
jh1 how was your sleep after taking it? Any issues? Thx.
I've slept great since starting Orig1n. Granted, it has only been two nights, so definitely a small sample size, but no complaints so far. Not noticing a big increase in appetite yet, but I have been hungry in the mornings, which isn't typical for me.

On a side note, I did have a killer deadlift session yesterday. Not sure if it is attributable to the Orig1n, but it was definitely nice.
 
I've been using Orig1n for 6 days and for the past 3 nights my sleep has been phenomenal. The odd part is I've been going to sleep later and waking up earlier. Waking up refreshed and feeling like I've gotten 2 more hours than I actually have.

Also, I take a dose before lunch and feel energized after finishing my meal. Usually I want to take a nap at that time.

Since I've been taking this product just under a week, these effects could be coincidental. I'll report back if these benefits continue.
 
Also, would taking Anticholinergic cause this to not have any effect? I'm taking Glycopyrrolate which is a Muscarinic Anticholinergic. It does not cross the BBB so I'm not sure how it affects these things.

While I'm far from well-versed in this stuff, from what I can find, I'm not seeing evidence of anticholinergics directly inhibiting the effects of ghrelin. I found something re: anticholinergics blocking the effects of motilin in dogs, but this may not directly translate to ghrelin in humans.

Do you have a link to anything specifically showing a relationship between anticholinergics and ghrelin?

One more thing to consider: the effects of Or1gin go well beyond ghrelin stimulation. Given that and the lack of info (that I can find) regarding anticholinergics and ghrelin, I would think Or1gin may yet have some nice potential for you.

It seems there isn't much out there or anyone who is really well versed in this.. acetylcholine seems to be one of the most difficult things to understand completely from what I've read.

I wasn't able to find much on Ghrelin. Only GH output while sleeping and for GHRP and GHRH administration. I was thinking on trying some mod grf and ghrp 2, later in the day a few hours after I dose the glycopyrrolate as it does not cross the BBB and has a relatively short half life.

I'm wondering if maybe I'll have better luck with Or1gin
 
My digestion has been weird with certain types of food during higher calorie days. Any reason not to take a Probiotic alongside Orig1n?
 
My hunger and digestion in just 2 days has notable increased
3 days in for me, and appetite is definitely up. I typically have to force myself eat enough to meet my bulking calorie intake (3750kcal right now), but the last two days I've met managed to reach my calories very easily. Sleep has continued to be excellent as well.
 
what about stacking mk-677 with or1gin? thinking of running mass gh (lgd-4033, mk-677) and or1gin for an aas free anabolic cycle.
 
well one significant difference is that lgd can be taken orally while not harming the liver like methylated aas. supposedly it is also quite anabolic, comparable to some aas. the mass gh just seems like an interesting product as it combines an anabolic with a gh releaser, mimicking a cycle of steroids+hgh.
the question was rather wether combining mk-677 and or1gin would be redundant.
or1gin is particularly interesting to me due to the robuvit so i would like to use it and the mass gh is practical to me while taking a break from injectables etc.

maybe mk-677 and or1gin would actually stack well and cause even greater hgh secretion than either alone. i would guess they could compliment each other well but if anyone has any contradictory input, please go ahead and let me know.

Meh, LGD still has detrimental effects on the liver as well as suppressive to the HPTA. Also being an oral compound doesn't exactly disqualify it from being an AAS since some steroids are taken orally. Anyway that's besides the point.

I have been stacking mk at 10mg & OR1GIN for 4.5 weeks, best sleep since I was a baby. I slept for 7.5 hours last night which I have not done in years. Furthermore, continue to get stronger at the same weight (when I was at maintenance past 3-4 weeks) and now at lower weight as I am dropping cals.
Hitting prs like nobody's business :)

Im still waiting on my origin but am curently using gabba, melatonin, mk. looking forward to the addition of origin. il be running mk along with origin for awhile.

@ the Olympus labs guys you need to make a sllep aid product asap.
