Where my 90's kids at?
I was in the market for an EAA/ BCAA product and went with the Pina Colada Endur3+. Any plans releasing more flavors in the future?

Ecto Cool3r coming 2017. This is my sole purpose in life now.
At least we have Pina Colada. I was surprised with how much I liked it and how drinkable that flavor is during a workout. Haven't tried dragonfruit yet.

Defintely will not hinder the absorption pre/intra is a good plan

Agreed. I'm an Endur3 addict as well. That Pina Colada is delicious.I'm hopelessly addicted to Endur3. As THE intra, it makes all the difference in the world during a high volume/ hypertrophy-oriented workout.
I like drinking it all before, with or just before my preworkout. Really makes a hugely noticeable difference in my workout performance, and even more importantly the resultant pump![]()
I actually drink about one third before starting and the rest intra-wo. Totally in love.Agreed. I'm an Endur3 addict as well. That Pina Colada is delicious.
I like Triumph and CU mixed together 30 min. PWO. Then sip on endure intraworkout. Now I gotta figure how and when to drop Bloodshr3d in the mix. SMH...First World Probs. Thinkin I may try 1 scoop Orange Triumph, 1 scoop lemon CU, and 1 scoop Orange Starcrush. Bene?
We have a tendency to celebrate a lot of holidays as well as our new releasesOk I tried endur3 today, and stacked with tr1umph. When is the next Olympus labs 50% off sale? Lol great stuff!

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. Also, how do you feel about the Epi absorption as compared to ep1c unleashed? Obviously
Being a lower dose, I was hoping to get some of that recovery between sets.
If you add to choose between Tr1umph and endure for the same high volume hypertrophy what will you chose?
I definitely notice faster recovery between sets with Endur3 and especially with Endur3+. (-)-Epi's oral bioavailability isn't terrible by itself, so it's still doing something, but obviously it can be increased dramatically with absorption enhancers. 3 thoughts on that...
1. If you're taking Tr1umph, you're getting a solid dose of phosphatidylcholine from the lecithin, which while not the same thing as Phytofuse (where the (-)-Epi is complexed with phosphatidylcholine), should still increase the absorption of the (-)-Epi.
2. A study showed 140% increase in absorption of flavanols, including epicatechin, when ingested alongside carbohydrates, so endur3+ should theoretically help the Epi-(-) absorb more efficiently as well. Invalid Link Removed
3. Another study showed 86-95% increase in epicatechin when ingested with citrus juices, so adding some lemon juice may be beneficial. Just don't go overboard. Too much vitamin C pre-workout may be detrimental to skeletal muscle adaptations to training. Invalid Link Removed
Bottom line: To get the most out of the (-)-Epi in Endur3, use Tr1umph pre-workout, go for Endur3+ if you're not doing keto, and maybe add a splash of lemon juice.
Besides its well known ergogenic properties and adaptogenic features, it looks like Schisandra ain't a bad anticatabolic either...

I am thinking of using endure + while on a cut. Has anyone had experience on intrawork out carbs and muscle/strength retention while in a caloric deficit?
Carb-10 peri-workout can be fine while on a cut, as long as all the rest is managed properly.
I've used endur3+ while in a deficit and the carb 10 definitely helps with energy levels/strength during training. I find that drinking 1 scoop pre workout and 1 scoop during is the best dosing scheme during a deficitI am thinking of using endure + while on a cut. I get that overall a caloric deficit is the number one determinant of body fat loss but is there any inherent benefit to carb-10 periwork out for muscle preservation on a spot on diet as compared to a spot on diet with no periwork out carbs?
I found that I lose fat faster when I add carbs periworkout on days I also do HIIT after weights. I subtract those carbs from elsewhere so net effect is zero.
This is a great approach. Seeing as exercise increases GLUT4, carbs, (especially carb10 with its low insulin response), peri-workout can be hugely beneficial on a low-carb cut with virtually none of the downsides of ingesting carbs at other times. I used to be afraid of carbs on a cut and got great results with CKD dieting. I've found TKD allows me to get the same great results while enhancing strength/endurance during my workouts. Endur3+ is now my go-to product regardless of whether I'm cutting/recomping/bulking.
Sweet! I'm definitely picking up some endure + today. What is CKD and TKD dieting?
