Are there any solo logs of this ?

Got a bottle , thinking of adding this in april
 
Starting this Saturday a 2 bottle run. 2 caps pwo with BS War.

Any issues stacking with DCP? I'm on the second bottle about half way.

What if I do weights and cardio separately on the same day? Pre weights or pre cardio or 1/1?
 
I do that on weekends and split dose

Granted I'm only 155 lbs, I can't tell much difference between 1 & 2 caps pre, so I always split. 1 pre and 1 cap 5-6 hours before/later. Try and keep that ppar agonism spread out. Just my 3 cents.
 
Might add this and ignit3 to a clen/cyto 6 week cut. Any counterinteractions I should be aware of? Pointless? I will be doing 2 weeks on two off then two weeks on.
 
I missed 2 caps assassinate and 1 cap super shred yesterday bc I skipped a planned meal... ended up taking them before bed. Slept perfectly fine... also woke up looking dry and hard... I plan on doing this again tonight to see what I see

Why are you skipping meals? Are you still hitting macros?

Oh yea I am hitting them. Family Easter dinner went later than It was supposed to so I just added the cals later in the day. Currently still on recomp cals/cycling high low and medium days Keto just adjusting fats and proteins

Bloodshred Raw - pre workout (2 scoops total)
Assassinate- 2 pills, twice per day with meals (4 totals pills)
Super Shred - 1 pill preworkout, 1 with a meal (2 total pills)

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Ran that stack w/ super 7 for 8 weeks and treated me very well. I dosed BS Raw 2 scoops, SS 2 pills before my fasted cardio which was great. Then Assassinate and S7 later on in the day. Once I got to the last 4 weeks it appeared as if I was getting leaner by the day. Easily going to be my go to stack for my next cut.

Should this be taken with or before meals on off days?

I do it before my largest meal of the day which is typically dinner (post-wo on most days) so not that far off usual dosing timing

Allow me to educate you ...

When someone says an "off day" or a "day they don't workout"

It means they went off their diet and are so carbed that they 'don't workout' in the typical sense. They lift like a DemiGod and hit PRs.

Anyone notice any side effects from this?

I've had a very mild headache at the base of my skull the last few mornings after taking this at night before bed. I'm taking it with such a smorgasboard of other stuff that I can't say for certainty the super shred is causing it though.

Yeah, that's how I run things too. It's hard to know what's doing what, but results come quick, amirite?
 
I'll be starting this in a couple days, he'll, maybe tomorrow. Does this effect blood sugar at all?
Should be minimal. Personally I felt nothing of the sort and I've taken it fasted with BSW multiple times and cranked out some cardio
