star fruit is surprisingly good. also when im not on x-gels I live off of pomegranate.... omg so good

I just choose not to. When youre on x-gels you don't want to take omega 3's other fatty acids and antioxidants around the time youre taking the Ara. You totally can eat it, just to optimize (and prove im a little OCD) I switch my diet up :)

Okay so I'm going to sum up my routine real quick for you guys

Flat barbell bench 4x8 to 12
incline barbell bench 3x8 to 12
Chest press(hammer strength) 1x As many reps as possible. Usually 2 plates on each side but I'm definitely going to have to up this. I'm up to like 20 reps...
OHP 3x8
pull up 4x8 to 12
cable seated row 4x 8 to 12. I actually hit 177.5 for 10 today. That's a rep pr. Seemed to be able to keep it up too.
Seated db bicep curl 3x 8 to 12. After injury I'm back to curling 35's slow and controlled.
BB shrug 4x 10 to 15. Currently on some dumb ****ing weight. I hit 245 slow and controlled. I will likely increase this soon to 265 or 275. These seem to be really easy to me.
Single arm rear delt cable fly4x 15 . These are a bitch. Weight is not important but the contraction is insane. Tear them bitch's up. Currently only able to do 37.5 lbs. To compare...I can do reverse flys no problem with 140 on the pec deck. The cable allows a greater range of motion, more tension and less "strain" for me personally compared to the pec deck or momentum with db's.

That's 30 sets. A ton of volume but I personally recover from it fine.

This is for all you volume whores out there!Please note because I'm drug free I have lower volume at the start of the week. This routine is just what my body responds to and I don't advocate 30 sets for every workout even if you are on drugs.
I just happen to be able to recover well from this and the way it is set up.

Tomorrow is cardio. I finished the "outline" of my gw write up today with the finishing touch's being put on tomorrow. I will update you guys on food and ect tomorrow but monday is the interesting day. Weigh in.

226.7 now. Just a slight bump up in weight. It's about the time to stall in scale weight anyway. This will be the start of the 4th week in the diet. Beginning on my second week of GW. In other words...it's about time.
That being said...I feel quite a bit leaner than where I started. Once you've been doing this a while you start to rely less on scale weight and more on the mirror. However...It's time.

TO MAKE MY BODY DO WHAT I WANT!

So...now were down to 3000 calories.That's 1400 a week less than I was eating and will produce results. I see a ton of people dip 500 calories when they stall and end up at like 1500 for a male. I'll go ahead and take the smarter route and reduce by 200/day.

Here's the food for the day! That there 363 carbs is low ish for me.

I'm feeling pumped as **** for my workout today. I have just switched to pin squats as you probably know if you've been following this log and they are insane. Mainly trying to work on my bar path and keeping my core tight through out the entire lift. I became lazy on my bulk and started repping squats with a loose form. I plan on switching out for regular sumo squats about every 2 weeks to gauge my progress on form so my numbers may be a bit skewed.

That's a really good question and I do have opinions about that in particular. I am however about to head on to the gym. I will type out my answer as well as my update when I get back.

forsure kill the workout bro! just thought gw fat metabolism and endurance enhancement would work better with increased cardio

My problem with increasing cardio and not dropping calories is injuries, over reaching too quickly and looking like ****.
I know a ton of people who go to maintain and increase cardio to lose weight. That approach is closer to a week end gym goer than someone serious about this ****.

The way I do it is...go to maintenance or at least to the point where I'm stalling out on the scale for 2 to 3 weeks. Before I even started this diet ...it took 2 weeks for my weight to change. This is my starting point and that was around 3500 calories. I dropped once to 3200. 3 weeks later is my sticking point. This next drop will shed maybe 2 to 3 more pounds off of me before I stick again. Then I'll drop to 2800, then 2600, then 2500 but THAT IS THE MINIMUM!

After that I will use my secret weapon. Increasing my energy expenditure. From my gym is about 1 to 1 and 1/2 miles. I will start walking home once a week. After that stalling point it will become twice a week and so on until 4 days a week. If I am not lean enough at that point...I should just stop lifting.


I find that adding extra cardio when the diet starts is like blowing my load before my wife is fully undressed. I'm spent, shes not happy and there's a big mess that I end up having to clean up out of shame.
Maybe that analogy got derailed a bit but..... I feel it would hold me back in other words. I will only increase cardio when needed because I'm doing daily cardio anyway. All that extra activity could lead me to injure myself easier in training and "peak" sooner than I want to.

in other words,... I'll be able to hold on to more strength, recover faster ,and probably get leaner while retaining more muscle. Although a little bit slower. Oh, and I'll be able to reverse diet and gauge progress easier if I add less cardio.

I think my 10 minute cycling, high volume days, and extra cardio on my low volume days will do the job just fine.

I know that was a long answer but hopefully that clarified things a bit. This will kinda be how someone would handle contest prep.GW helps with fatty acid oxidation(fat loss) anyway which is my goal. The endurance will come in my workouts anyway.
 
I noticed increased endurance today. Less rest between sets is starting to show.

As for the fat loss, nothing extreme yet to report
However....
My deads went up 5 lbs and I'm up to doing stiff legged one leg deadlifts with a 50 lb db now. Talk about sore hamstrings and glutes!

Was busy as hell yesterday and today but here's a quick update....

Endurance is up but I still am not wowed. The start of the third week should start to get interesting if I'm correct. Just cardio today plus some COOKING! Look at dat der food!

I will be upping protein to a little over 1.1g per lb. 250. The only reason is I want my diet to work with the GW and it has shown to have some benefits on GW. Specifically due to the change in protein, carbohydrate and fat metabolism that GW brings aka less "waste" and more turn over.
 
So after lower day...I was made to walk an extra bit. They are putting in a new door at my gym. I am thinking I'll sue. **** got real.

Update:

I wanted to wait until my cardio session to fully test. I'm definitely getting INCREASED ENERGY! It's not a stimmed up feeling. It's almost as if I take GW and 30 minutes to an hour I'm wide eyed awake. I've tried to go back to sleep. Doesn't affect my sleep quality though.Hard to explain.

My endurance is getting a pick up too. That is also hard to explain.

I biked on level 11 resistance last week for 10 minutes sweating really hard. Now I'm sitting at 11.5 and barely breaking a sweat for 10 minutes.It is difficult to explain without giving you times. I'm barely a webcam model let alone a endurance atlete tbh. CNPWayne only tips me 1 cent for full nuudz. Still though...I can tell.

Another interesting thing I have noticed is the recovery between sets. It's almost as if I'm forcing myself to rest. I noticed this on skwats yesterday. I think GW's effects have finally arrived. Strap in fellas.

Yeah. I do love it. It's definitely different than a ph or ds. It's also different that osta. It's a pretty cool compound.

I am sure that just like anything else, different people respond differently and unfortunately not all brands are of the same quality
 
Pyrobatt checking in! Today I just went up another .5 on the resistance on the bike at my gym. 10 minutes if feeling EASY! I'm personally loving that perky wake up feeling that is still hard to explain but its awesome and allows me to be very productive. I just finished an article about gw. I'm talking to wayne to see what he wants to do with it. I may just post it up here on am. We will see.

Tomorrow is heavy lower and weigh in. STAY TUNED PEOPLE!

Not a nootropics effect but more...Natural energy? Hard to explain as I have said.

It would make sense as gw is supposed to increase the amount of glucose utilized which would lead to more "get up and go" via constantly stable blood sugar.

Kinda why people say it's like a gda but it's much more.

It's actually mildly anabolic. I won't say much more as to not give all the info away.

My weight is up to 227.1 which is a .4 lb increase. I'm going to keep my calories the same. I know, from my research, gw is a mild anabolic and I am looking leaner. Will reduce calories next week by 200 if no weight reduction. Like I have said...IDK what I can get down to this time. I may just have to deal with being 200+ shredded or 210. I've put on some size.

GW 1516 is now at 20mg. 2 caps.

Uh...gw is non hormonal.

If anything it may lead to "harder" erections due to EPO like effect.

My libido is high as always. No change.

It's more like a proper dose of yohimbine. If you get wood...YOU GET WOOD but I've never had a softie problem. So..it's effects are mild on me.

If anyone with ED could try gw15 16 ...that would be interesting

Looks like this is treating you well. Question on this compound was there any more research done about the cancer causing effects ? I Know WADA also issued a warning in regards to this and big Pharma stopped researching it.

So was wondering if new research was done on this as i would like to try it but not risking cancer

They studied it in rats, mice, monkeys and humans (human trials were done after the cancer in the rats)
