I drink 1-2 of those flavored sparkling waters from wal-mart every day and have for the last 2-3 years when I cut because it satisfies my sweet tooth. If asculfame/aspartame don't give me cancer when im 50 im writing a huge report and gonna make millions off of why that's bullsh*t

Heres a little bit about me and my health concerns.

I'm adopted(happily ) and I am constantly worried about my health as I do NOT have ANY information on my biological parents.

They could have a high rate of cancer.

If I was concerned about cancer risk via gw I wouldn't be taking it. Trust me on that.

That will be heavily covered in my write up as well as low blood sugar concerns .

Oh yes. I'm trying to talk wayne into us carrying huperzine a in bulk. However I will say it needs to be taken in a cycle. 5 days on 2 off. Otherwise it can have some...effects.

It can actually "over do it" and make you emotionally unstable. Ace inhibiting effect of huperzine. Inhibiting things for too long usually ends badly. For example....estrogen and joints.

I've seen it suggested numerous times that using huperzine with GW is beneficial, as the huperzine helps avoid desensitization to the GW.

Mk677 or 2866? Because 2866 (osta) has no desensitized effect and mk677 is a flawed (imo) sarm. It basically induces gh bleed.

The only way you would combat that is pulses. Like....injections of ghrp or cjc-short version (short big pulse) while taking mk677. Although you would save money and do the same damn thing by taking cjc-long version (cant remember number scheme) and doing the same.

Whoops forgot to add where huperzine comes in. Your body naturally produces pulses. Huperzine will increase the "pulse"

Mk677 is similar to the long acting version of cjc in the way it increases your gh all day via the half life.

Don't get me wrong you'll recover faster but...you won't get Hella gains unless you play with pulses.


Needless to say gh is dumb and complicated.

He's right which is why I mentioned the pulses.

Taking something that increases gh constantly does eventually come pray to soma

However with mk677 and cjc-long you will notice increase recovery.

It won't be as pronounced as with using pulses which is what people want.

People want to put on 3 to 6 lbs of muscle a month.

I could see mk677 being used for shift workers or someone with no choice but to lose sleep but only because it may increase their recovery. Not add pounds.

I also wouldn't use huperzine at 100 to 200 mcg per dose every 5.5 hrs either. For sanity sake.

50mcg is a better does. 200mcg a day is the max I would go.

This was after my weights. 5 minutes on here and 5 minutes walking. No scientific reason to switch cardio machines. It's kinda like yanking it with your left hand. Feels good to switch it up every once and a while.

Anywhos! My Tuesday portion of my routine got some epic prs. I got to 135x6 on OHP again after injuring my bicep. It's been a bitch of a recovery. Pull ups went up 5 lbs but I believe that is due to water being shed(the 3.4 lbs lost in 2 weeks was mostly water I'm guessing)

Here's the full layout

Flat bb bench 3x6
OHP 1x6
Pull up 1x6
cable row 3x6
tricep extension 3x8 to 12
lateral raise 3x 8-12 (Currently impressed with my slow controlled 35 db lateral raise.)
Then 10 minutes of moderate intensity cardio. 5 minutes of walking coupled with 5 minutes of the stair stepper today.

how are you dosing your GW? morning? night? peri-workout? with food, or empty stomach? does any of that matter, in your opinion?

and i know it's early still, but are you noticing anything from it yet?
 
Yes my gym allows chalk and yes I'm doing semi live updates. Pr . 35 for 6 on pull ups at 225. Could be due to reduced weight. Only 5 lbs but still.

Look at how warn out my dip belt is. Almost time to retire the 2 year old thing.

on frozen, boxed and canned food. I like to buy my staples at Walmart, then shop at a nicer super
market for my fresh meat and vegetables.

have a butcher on site. All meat comes in pre packaged on trucks. They put dies, water, and other things
in their beef to keep it looking fresh. i've been their ground beef and their steaks on the grill, and water
comes out of it, and the meat turns greyish. Plus you can leave their beef in your fridge for over a week
and it almost never turns colors. It stays red.

If your buying Tyson or some other name brand of fresh chicken, thats a different story, because all prepackaged
fresh chicken is pretty much the same at every store.

Sams club and Walmart are owned by the same parent company and do some of the same crap however. .....

Today is Thursday. Having my ritual morning coffee and doing my food.

After which I will go ahead and take a snap of my food and get it In here.

Day 4 of gw and nothing to report. Didn't expect it to kick in this soon anyway. Next week or the end of this week should be interesting.

Today was another lower day. That's right. I do an upper/lower 4 day split.

My thursday looks a little something like this usually.

Pin Squats 5x 8 to 12. I just started switching to pin squats vs sumo so these are rough for me right now. With a pause and brace at the bottom. At no point do I let my body get loose. Tight and powerful. I got 235 x 11 the first set but then had to go below 2 plates. It was shameful but ended with 185 x 6 on my last set. Try some intense pin squats and you WONT regret it. These are devastating when done correctly.

Deadlift 3x8

Plate loaded leg curl 4x8 to 12. Actually got a PR today. I don't know if the song was right or I just felt like a beast but I got 60 on each side. Thats 1 plate plus 15 for 12.

single leg legpress calf raises 3x15 ( 450 on the bitch today)

Seated calf raises 2x 12 to 15

cable crunch 4x8 to 15

cable side bend 4x 12 to 15

At the end I throw in a little flexability work and 1 set of rotator cuff work.

Saturday is upper again and you'll want to see that.
 
Killing it! Never tried pin squats, I'll have to look that up. Achilles is screwed right now, so I haven't been squatting :(
 
niceeeee pin squats are awesome man. We actually had to max out on those two years ago.. did 335 for one... max squat was about 405 at that time. humbling

My food again this time with a little change. I was craving cereal so I shall have it. 2 weeks and 5 days into my cut and no refeed and I don't plan on it until I get below 220. I just don't see a need for it. My lifts are good, my demeanor is unaffected and I'm looking forward to cardio so....all is well. I see too many go for refeeds the same damn week they start. smh.

Anywhos....I'm about to head into THE GYM and hit MY DAILY CARDIO! 10 minutes on the bike and then to walmart which is not even 5 minutes from my gym. I plan on picking up the staples.

1.88 a lb for chicken at Sam's club....so I got 4 packages.

Plus tuna.

Also tried cantaloupe for the first time today and loved it. In the process of thinking of meals to compliment the flavor. Possibly a protein cake with fruit topping.

No I didnt fall off. The extra cardio from shopping should be enough to justify one chunk. It's not that serious.
