Pygeum Bark for prosate, BPH

Hey i've done abit of search it says it lowers androgen receptors is the prostate and reduces swelling,
the thing i dont understand does it lower androgen receptors in the whole body.
i need more info.

lots of studies on things that effect androgen receptor density, expression etc in prostate. it appears that these things dont necessarily translate to effects in other tissues in the body. However its never been clear to me either
