Pycnogenol Dosage?

Should it be taken during the day or pre work out, thinking of taking 200mg to start off with. Do many people take it?
 
Why are you taking it?

If it's for heart health, between 100-200mg is plenty. If it's actually pycnogenol, the patented extract and not just a generic Pine bark extract, I'd dose closer to 100mg.

Better blood flow increased no is really what I’m looking at taking it for so I was thinking 200 mg pre workout.

If its solely NO and blood flow benefits you want, there's arguably better and cheaper options.
