Pycnogenol Dosage?

Should it be taken during the day or pre work out, thinking of taking 200mg to start off with. Do many people take it?

Why are you taking it?

If it's for heart health, between 100-200mg is plenty. If it's actually pycnogenol, the patented extract and not just a generic Pine bark extract, I'd dose closer to 100mg.

Does anyone use this regularly?
I used it for a couple months. Reduced inflammation, and noticeably improved blood flow. I think I took over 100mg. Only reason I took it is because it was on the clearance shelf at Kroger for 6 bucks.

Better blood flow increased no is really what I’m looking at taking it for so I was thinking 200 mg pre workout.

If its solely NO and blood flow benefits you want, there's arguably better and cheaper options.
