When cutting do you have to consume 100g of simple carbs during PWO meal??

I don't use a 100g of carbs for any meal. I also stick to low GI carbs throughout the day. My post-WO carbs are oats and pineapple.
i think postworkout 40-50grams whey isolate plus 30 grams of glutamine is great for cutting,
i may be trying to upper gluatmine, i just arranged a deal with VPX for a large shipment of gluatmine and the price is right that i can do it while still being cost concious
i hope VPX glutamine is good i just ordered damn near 30 bottles!I heard about this technique from Charles Poliquin, so your still be burning fat like crazy because your not spiking insulin your making yourself a more efficient fat burning machine. VPX glutamine any good?
