putting together my own supplement, what you think???

lets talk about it and the ingrediants...im new to this and its my first attempt the put something together
dosed twice a day
5g 2:1:1 bcaa
5G creatine ethyl ester
4.5g dextrose
3g L-Glutamine
2.5g Taurine
2.5g AAKG
1.2g L-tyrosine

maybe mix with some crystal light and call it a day or
i could add these to make it a real shake...
18.5g whey protein
18g maltodextrin
 
Ah you should have used current research to make this product as you're a bit outdated. Don't really understand what you're going for here. Is this post workout? CEE is basically creatinine, glutamine does not need to be supplemented, dextrose is not needed post workout, BCAAs probably aren't even needed post workout, AAKG... debatable but i don't feel the need for it post workout, and the other aminos... debatable again and again i don't see the need.

If this IS for post workout, do yourself a favor and drink a protein shake and/or eat a meal. Use the KISS method, serious.
 
lol ok yeah dont know what im doing haha FAIL

got board, little cut and paste action, obviously i have not researched this good enough
