Putting RPG to the test

I stayed up till after midnight, wink wink.
That is what I like about evening workouts, Once people start to leave the gym.
I can stim up if needed. Now I have to get to sleep on time tonight, or I start that heavy stim cycle with not enough sleep.

Good thing is you got something in. I just don't log it or count it when I have 1/2 workout.

Keep in mind the glutamine, BCAAs, and even EAAs are most effective pre/intra/post workout. So it's really about when you work out rather than the time of day. If you work out fasted, I'd for sure dose a scoop intra. You can certainly take a second dose in the evening assuming you work out earlier in the day. If you dose 2x/day, I'd recommend spreading them out. Your body can still use the EAAs and antioxidants, and probably some of the BCAAs and glutamine even outside the workout window.

Okay, thanks. I wasn't sure if RPG would provide clean energy at night when I'm starting to drag. Sounds like that's not an ideal use for it.

So, it will be JP8X with a half dose of Nos Ether.

Sorry about the later in the evening update. Really what it amounts to is that DOMS still isn't an issue. Work is fcking my training all up this week. Another half hour hamstring session. Did find out my hip still kinda hates back squats. I focused mostly on peak holds and negatives to try and get the most out of my time. Seated leg curls, RDLs, squats, lying leg curls, and reverse lunges. It wasn't worth writing down.....haha hopefully all the damn overtime at work will cease. It is the primary factor putting a damper on my training.
 
Other side note....the wife made me cut off my hair....:( I tried telling her I am like Samson and I need it. haha nope!

Ah, yeah. It's not really effective in that way. Although working out at 12-1, I feel more energetic in the evening if I use RPG during my session. If I had to guess, my body just isn't as depleted as it would be without taking RPG. But it's really not an energy product.

FWIW, Brandinooooo had real good results with Cordygen-NanO2 Elite caps with regards to energy. If I remember right, it was powering him through some long demanding work days along with his workouts. Will try and find his log....

Shoulders and tris this morning. Spent a little more time on shoulders than tris.

Standing barbell press: 135x8, 145x7, 155x3.5, 155x2.5. The half is where I was lowering and stopped before I went all the way down because I knew it wasn't going back up....haha Lowered the weight to 115 for a set of 7, each rep with a 2 second pause at the bottom. Another set with 115 for 5, each rep with a 4 second negative. Dropped the weight to 95 for 5 reps at a 4, 2, 4 tempo to spend more time under tension.

Laterals: 30x9, 35x5. Then a drop set of 25, 20, 15 at 9, 8, and 9 reps respectively.

Incline dumbbell front raise/incline rear delt move: 2 sets. 10 reps each movement.

Then hit some tris with bench dips, weighted bench dips and such. Decent day.
