Peak Beta is definately a great product. I have used it and it made a big difference for me. I love it. I can't stand the tingles.
 
today one hour moderate cardio..Ive upped my cardio big-time!

hamstrings, calves, abdominals
Standingg Hack scalve raises 45+25= 8 x's
seated calve 45+10=7 x's

Seated Hamstring curl(+3) 110-19

Lying leg curl 90 lbs- 12 x's

Nautilus ab machine 120 lbs=11x's

all in all I love this kind of ttraining and the main focus is cardio and getting the body fat down, coming in the best I can(the lowest body-fat) The low body fat is the real concern. how much muscle I have isnt..this should be addressed in the offseason
 
today 45 minutes moderate paced cardio.

warmuped ..before every working I go into the stretching room and do about ten minutes of warmups, stretching, getting the body parts Im training ready.

Backwidth, backthickness

Nautilus Pullover machine 120 lbs= 12 x's

D handle Pulldowns 110 lbs- 16 x's

Rack Deads(standing on stair stepper, stopped at shins) 275=15 x's
I was going to do barbell rows for this exercise but I felt like moving at least a little heavy weight hehe

Cable rows 100 lbs- 15 x's

then a set of incline ghr 's for back
 
today three or four capsules lost count

not a thing..rested well washed cars but I dont consider that anything as far as cardio. my upper back and even hammies are toasted. lower back was sore as well.

also a thirty minute walk
 
did three capsules today since they are time released its a good idea to seperate them. I take one upon awaking, one after training and one before bed. sometimes Ill add another one in.

Today was weights seperated by 30-45 minutes cardio

again Im not going to failure
Incline Barbell press(idk probally 40 degrees maybe 45) 45+10+5=8

Decline Barbell press 45+45 (or 225)= 7 x's

forearms, biceps,-Had to go to another gym because cardio was more important and my gym closes on Saturday at 5:00
reverse cable curls 10 lbs= a lot didnt count(again this cable gyms machine is way easier than my home gym)
One arm hammer preacher dumbbell curl 25- a lot, 30 lbs- a lot

preacher ez bar curl 10 lbs- a lot, a lot

then 45 minutes low intensity cardio I got a lot of activaty in today.

Nautilus pullover machine I dont even know how much i did its not even important at this stage. form is about perfect on every exercise this whole prep. I think it was 120=9 or 10 x's

D-handle pulldown 130 lbs- 10 x's, 150 lbs - 8 x's

Then drove home and did home weights as I wanted to train outside

reverse grip barbell rows 2(45)'s- 10 x's
70 degree slant

one arm t bar rows-one set dont even know how much I did I know they hit lower laats and the outer lats real well

bicep curls 20 lbs one set (slow and controlled) 15 x's i did biceps the other day thats why I really didnt work biceps much

then did cardio 45 minutes lower-moderate intensity i kept trying to do high intensity like I was doing last week; however, I was too burnt out and did the best i could which was lower to moderate.

Donkey Calve riases- brother was on back he weighs 150 lbs= 16 x's slow n controlled

Its been 15 months since Ive done any heavy incline barbell presses [due to an injury] and my guess is Im going to have to slowly work my way up in weight)

I cant complain strength is alright. Im not going to failure or super intensity. some of the sets I am putting intensity into it just not training like someone is pointing a gun to my head. and I havent trained my upper body that way for fourteen months.

After this contest I plan on upping the poundage since my arm is making progress; provided I have no pain(the bad kind). If I have pain Ill back off.

I must focus on the task at hand.

Leg press 4 plates=15 x's

of course since body-fat down, carbs are low, its expected strength to go down. Im still trainign with intensity just not all out intensity. some exercises I stop a couple reps before I hit failure, up to three reps I could have gotten more. its good to learn these techniques to cycle your intensity because you simply can not train balls to the wall year round. you'll get hurt. so learn to back off when needed, especially when your in calorie minus mode, like if your preparing for a contest.

I first am going to say strength has decreased, because I have been on a calorie deprivation the whole log. and I did not expect to be as strong as I am. every little aspect counts and this product is in a class of its own as far as the beta alanine products . Its the best beta alanine product bar none and in a catagorie of its own.

Peak Beta has been well worth the money spent and Im glad I choose it.Thank you Molecule Nutrition, Jjohn and Molecular Nutrition representatives.

I give this product two thumbs up and hold it in high standards.
