PURUS RECYCLE/DPOL

53 this year myself. We "master" lifters need to keep showing the young ones how it's done. Keep killin those weights BigT!

thank you sir, all things considered i am very proud to be at my level of fitness and strength.
 
today is family day, plus being MOTHER"S DAY...no workout today. unless you count playing with grndkids!!! cooked a nice assortment of stuff on my old school smoker grill, steaks/chops/chicken/burgers and brats. my wife was amply rewarded with a gift from me from her favorite place[kay's jewelry] and the kids all got her some nice flowers and gifts!!!


all in all a good day to be alive!!!
 
natural energy seems to be on the rise..i've cut back on my dose of stims. i have also added in 2gms alcar along with my usual 2gm of lclt, i read that alcar can help in raising sperm count. speaking of which, dpol/recycle have definately caused a rise in sperm count...sex is more pleasureable which in turn leads to wanting it more, so needless to say libido is very high!!! almost affraid to hit the scales, really fell off the wagon on diet over the weekend--potato salad, deviled eggs, lots of sweet baby ray's on my bbq plus my wifes fantastic banana pudding.


just did cardio today...40 minutes after work, then another 40 minutes just now...worked up a really good sweat and i feel pretty good right now.

i love the feel of strong stims, but....when my energy level is high i try to cut back, right now i am feeling pretty good-kind of amazing since technically i am in pct, lol.

nah....just the fact that i haven't been this committed to eating clean for this long in quite awhile...got to admit i enjoyed the hell out of it, lol.

no problem...although i am no fan of facebook, i have no problem with you using my comments to promote what i think is a very nice stack!!! recycle/dpol as a stack doesn't get enough love, imo!!!

beautiful bright sunny day here today, with rain in forecast for up to the next 5-7 days...so today was yard day. mowed grass, weeded, trimmed bushes/hedges, put down some mulch and spruced up my garden. i think my garden is going really well so far, last year the drought and record setting heat put a hurtin on my garden!!!

effects of recycle/dpol continue to impress, i weighed in today at 203...only 3 more lb to reach my goal!!! btw-i got a decent bicep pump from raking up the bush/hedge trimmings, love it!!!


only got a day or so left of recycle....damn!!!:soapbox:

really felt tired last night at work, so i figured it was time to get caught up on some rr...did do 30 minutes on treadmill, but mostly just napped and watched fox news. tonight is my last work night of the week so i plan on hitting it hard tomorrow ans saturday. diet has been very clean except for a few exceptions. don't see any problem of reaching my goal of 200lbs....


i would guess that i have retained 80% of the swoleness i got from running manifested, i am very happy...looking back at pics before running manifasted i look much better today than then. all in all i give recycle/dpol high marks!!! both sex drive and performance are way better than after manifested cycle!!!

things are really starting to get ramped up, energy and endurance are very high. mood is incredible, i find myself actually being nice to people i usually wouldn't be-not really sure this is a good thing, lol. and to top it off i weighed in at 201, just 1 lb shy of my goal!!! the downside is yesterday was my last day of recycle[may it rip].

i set out to do a circuit of 14 machines today, but time was limited and only got 12 done...it was a intense workout even though it was cut short, and i would be remiss if i didn't comment on the crazy pump-dpol is known for pumps, but it really outdid itself today, incredible...i was done with gym at around 1pm this afternoon and i still feel pumped and full.

last night at work started badly, everytime i had to bend down my head felt like it was going to explode...after awhile it kinda got better, but still felt miserable not being able to breathe thru my nose....stopped on the way home at cvs and got some sudaphed, going to take it easy today and hopefully i will feel better soon. good news is i have no appetite, lol.

Yeah man sinus problems sucks, I have it everyday and the medicine doesn't agree with me either..

funny thing is i went all winter long with no issues, now it hits me....there is some comfort in knowing i am not alone, lots of people i know are having these same issues.

yeah, i have to be really careful with decongestants, they make my bp soar!!! weird because ephedra doesn't do that!!!

Tried allegra, said it doesn't make you sleepy, it does.
 
doc says i have a sinus infection, gave me 3 days off work and a script for z-pac antibiotic and veramyst nasal inhaler. felt stir crazy today so i headed to my aunts apt building, put on the old ankle weights and did some stairs. actually felt better to be moving and breaking a sweat. only did 4 trips, this was plenty, kinda weak and breathing was difficult.


i have the night off tonight so i plan to get some rest and see about going to gym tomorrow. starting to get a little of my appetite back, yesterday all i really felt like eating was protein shakes with a banana in the blender.



btw-i miss recycle, already i can tell that sleep isn't as good!!!

I wish my aunt had an apt building, but she only has an old house with an old Westinghouse fridge from 1947 with stuff in it with expiration dates all from the 90's

weight has dropped to 198, 2lb under my goal!!! i think being sick played a role here...nonetheless, still look like i am keeping my muscle and getting a fantastic pump from workouts so i have to give a big thumbsup to dpol!!!

I'm running low myself, maybe a week or two and not sure when I'm going to get more, there's a slight hold up at corporate (for good reason) & I don't want to miss a dose.

if it weren't for the price i would definately get me some...at least dpol/recycle are within my supp budget!!!
 
dpol is keeping my muscle and tone up while diet and workout routine has not been up to par-thumbsup for that. went to gym today and felt weak from being sick and not getting in much exercise last few days, but got in a decent workout and spent 20 minutes in sauna. really felt better after that.

things i have noticed since being off recycle-libido is not what it was, and quality of sleep is not where it was on recycle...i have to agree with grambo, recycle is very underrated!!! recycle and dpol is an excellent stack, imo.

good night at work last night, i think i am finally recovering from the damned sinus infection, ooohraaah!!! had the best workout i've had in awhile this morning at the gym, i was really eager to hit the weights hard after slacking for a week or so being sick. felt really good to be able to push it hard again. had good aggression hitting the weights even though i was in a good mood, i think as i have gotten older i've learned to channel aggression better. libido and sleep are not where they were when i was takinig recycle along with dpol, put the dpol is holding up on it's own pretty well. i don't think recycle had much effect on pump, because the pump i got today was best i've had so far on this stack...all in all a great workout and so far a good day!!!
