Thanks Aaron. Not much acne, a little on the shoulders after a couple weeks that has since gone away. It could have been from sweating at work all day too. Good luck with the D-pol...I recommend it lol.

I strarted doing it for tris and upper chest. My upper chest was lagging so I added them in. I hadn't used them in years, but I had a strength coach that had me doing them all the time.

My leg workout last night went great. I felt strong as hell and my my endurance was high, especially for having worked a long day walking many miles. Thanks to my new phone I was in the zone like never before. It's equipped with "beats" audio and ear buds and it completely eliminated all outside distractions. My old headphones sucked and I could barely hear my music over the crap playing on the gym sound system.

I couldn't be happier with the way my leg strength is coming back. They had the most ground to make up, but the weight has been adding up fast, and progress has been at a new high during this run. I think leg day has become my favorite workout of the week...nothing compares to the intensity and accomplished feeling I have when its done.
 
Day 43

I was able to catch up on some must needed sleep and will be spending the day relaxing.

I had 5 caps SLINshot before a 175g carb breakfast and took D-pol with it. I'll be using SS again some time today, but I haven't figured out what meal I'm saving it for.

I didn't weigh in before breakfast so I'll wait until tomorrow for an update. Regardless of my weight I'm still looking pretty lean and muscle definition has been up the last couple weeks. The overall tightness of my appearance may be down a very small amount today which could be from finishing Recycle at the start of the week. I'm not sure at this point and the difference is hard to notice either way.

Ok, guys the reason why the continuation products are a bit behind is because Purus had to get ConDense out. I hear they should arrive this week...
I know we are about 2 weeks or so behind and if this affects other plans you have & can no longer log just simply let me know.

Well I figure ill be using Slin and MM on cycle, pct and then after since they became a staple... I'll keep it going. Purus at prolonged use and y people should use Purus

Thanks for the update. I should be keeping the log going for a little while. I'll be in touch to let you know when I plan on wrapping things up... it will depend on when the products arrive and a couple other things.

Day 44

Im still sitting at 202lbs (+3lbs overall) as of this morning. Adding weight has been a challenge with all the calories I've been burning recently, but I think I've been able to recomp somewhat. I'd still like to add another pound before the end of my run so I might try to find room for a few more calories....my diet is ridiculous to keep up with as is.


Had a big breakfast (1800cals/200g carb) with 5 SLINshot before and my D-pol with it. I'm getting ready to go work chest/tris and possibly some abs since I ran out of time on Friday.

Definitely. You can't go wrong with the DAA, and the additional nitrates/vitamins make it a standout product. Already having my diet and training in order beforehand made the performance benefits easily noticeable...I've experienced noteworthy benefits outside the gym as well. I'll be interested to see how it goes for you.

Day 44 continued

I switched up the style of my workout a little to put more focus on really hitting the chest. I feel that its lagging behind the majority of my muscles and tried to concentrate on mind muscle connection (didn't really put much emphasis on adding weight). I did this by slowing down the pace and adjusting my form/approach with various exercises. I really enjoyed it and noticed a big difference in the impact my chest felt with certain lifts.

Day 45

My weight shot up to 205.2lbs (+6.2lbs overall) from 202lbs yesterday. I don't ever see changes like this, but I think it has something to do with not working the last 2 days. I had an extra 400 cals (of my normal foods) for a non working day yesterday which was the only change in diet. I'm expecing to see my weight come back down 2-3lbs in the next day or two.

I had 6 caps of SLINshot before a 215g carb breakfast which fought off any weighed down feeling from the massive meal.

I'll probably head to the gym after work for a light workout consisting of biceps, forearms, calves, and abs. If I end up pressed for time I'll take the day off as this workout is considered "extra".

My weight shot up to 205.2lbs (+6.2lbs overall) from 202lbs yesterday. I don't ever see changes like this, but I think it has something to do with not working the last 2 days. Haha yeah, I thought I was seeing things. I actually weighed 206lbs at first and checked again after I pissed out all the water I drank right when I woke up. I think I'm probably holding some water after a couple days off. I've been sweating like crazy being in the sun/heat at work. I'm finally getting used to it, but I'll be back to my normal day job soon anyways. Hopefully I'll hold on to a couple pounds.

Day 46

I'm holding on to that weight, staying at 205lbs (+6lbs overall) this morning. I'll be doing my best to keep it that way. I'm not sure if my body started finally adapted to the big change in calorie expenditure and consumption or what, but I'll take it. I don't see much fat gain if any. I might not look quite as "dry" though which could be explained by not taking Recycle for a while now.

I had 6 caps of SLINshot before a 220g carb breakfast and it was bloat free.

I'm going to hit the gym after work for shoulders. I'm looking to feel the extra strength that I did yesterday and have a great workout.

I'm about to head to the gym for a shoulder workout. I had my D-pol with some tuna/Ezekiel bread and won't be using a pre workout tonight...I'll be trying a new intra though. I'm feeling a little rundown, but hoping to snap out of it once I get warmed up.

Day 47

When I woke up today I could tell that my weight was down somewhat. My appearance was looking noticeably tighter and it was obvious that I was previously holding some water. I weighed 202lbs (+3lbs overall) which puts me back around where I was before the recent rapid weight gain.

My breakfast consisted of 180g carbs with 5 SLINshot taken about 25 mins prior.

I don't have to work during the day and I'll be going to the doctor to find out/review the results of last week's tests...I'm anxious to see the results. I'm gonna bring my D-pol, multi, and a protein bar with me and head straight to the gym from my appointment. I'll be working back and am looking for a strong performance because I got more sleep last night than I have in weeks...only got 4 hours the night before.
 
Day 47 continued

My doctors appointment didn't go as planned. They somehow lost all of my test results. It's on record that I was there last week, but they couldn't find anything related to the tests I had done. Now I have to get them redone in about 2 weeks. I got to meet my doctor and talked about lifting and supplements though...he surprisingly uses them himself. He had no problem with anything I've used in the past or will be using either and actually looked supps up that he wasn't familiar with. He did however suggest that I stop DAA at the end of the week before I get more tests (but said it wasn't a must). I'm more than happy with what I've accomplished at this point so I'll probably take his advice. If I decide to stop use at the end of this week's workouts I'll most likely finish the log this weekend. I'll figure it out in the next couple days.

I went to the gym after my appointment for a back workout and I'll post it up later tonight.
 
I approached today's back workout a little differently than I have been. I decided to keep things in the higher rep range and reduce the number of sets with most exercises. It was a last minute decision that I ended up enjoying. I don't do it that often, but its nice to switch things up once in a while.

There were a few strength increases bases on reps, but I held off on posting previous #'s due to the change in approach.

Nice numbers bro! I'm having the same success with pull ups lately. I finally stuck with them and started doing weighted and bam they went up like crazy! It's now one of my favorite workouts to be honest and I use to dread them.

Thanks man. I've had the same experience with them. Adding weight definitely helped progress and I look forward to them now too...they used to just piss me off.
 
Day 48

It was good to see my weight back up to 204.2lbs (+5.2lbs) this morning. The difference in appearance compared to a few days ago at a similar weight is positive. This morning I don't appear bloated at all and have maintained the tight/dry look. Hopefully this "weigh in" is a good indication of where I stand. I'd be more than happy to have added 5+lbs of lean weight during my use of the stack.

I had 5 SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast without any bloat or lethargy as a result. I'll be using D-pol after work before heading to the gym.
 
Day 48 continued

I got outta work at a decent time and have plenty of energy to hit the gym. I had my D-pol and multi with some chicken, Ezekiel bread, and broccoli and I'm about to head out. I'll be working mostly arms and haven't decided the rep range I'm shooting for...it'll probably depend on how my elbows feel once I test them a little.
 
I kept things on the lighter side and increased my reps for the second workout in a row. All sets were performed at a slow tempo without focusing on weight increases. The mind muscle connection was strong and the pump I achieved was intense. My elbows were still a little shaky with tricep exercises which was a factor in deciding against heavier weight. I should probably give them somewhat of a break until they are back in good shape.

Day 49

I weighed 203.5lbs (+4.5lbs overall) this morning. It looks like I'm successfully holding on to my weight gain while shedding water like crazy at work. There doesn't appear to be any fat involved in any of the added weight as well.

I realized I didn't use SS right before I began eating my 190g carb breakfast. I decided to skip my usual dose so I could see how it effected me for a comparison. There was a noticeable difference as I didn't want to move for about 20-30 minutes. It could have been worse, but SS's effectiveness was further solidified for me.

Today could be my last day of the stack (if I go to the gym). I will however continue to use SS as I have plenty of it. If I end up receiving more MM I'll add my thoughts on the flavor (Cherry Limeade) into my final review. I should be finishing the log this weekend at some point with final pictures and thoughts...I have been thoroughly impressed to say the least.

I'll be there brother. I just got the ok from my doc to start my next log ...was worried he would want me to hold off. It'll be hard to top this stack though. I'll be back on the D-pol in a few months and MM and SLINshot are a part of my arsenal going forward.

I was definitely happy with the results of my workout, especially after being on my feet/walking all day long. Tonight's workout might be the last of my log (unless I go to the gym tomorrow). I'll more than likely be taking the day off tomorrow to recover from the week of work and lifting.

I just had 4 caps of SS and I'm going to eat in a few minutes.
