Had my D-pol with my multi and a protein bar and I'm about to hit the gym. Energy is still decent after work so I'm hoping for a strong workout.

Progress continued with my shoulders. I felt strong, but wasn't sure where improvements were made because I didn't have my previous numbers available at the time. I did a pretty good job remembering where I left off and was happy to see that strength went up after I got home to compare.

Feeling great from my workout, but a little behind schedule. I have some cooking to do to make sure I stay on track with my diet. I'll be having 4 caps of SLINshot before my meal and I don't have any Recycle left to take with it. As of now I'm down to D-pol and SLINshot for supplements.
I noticed my joints are starting to improve. They aren't in top shape, but the discomfort with some lifts is less each day. They should be back to normal by next week and it will help me finish out my run strong.

Day 40
My weight took a dive to 200.6lbs (+1.6lbs overall). Not sure what the deal is because it was holding steady/slowing increasing and I've only added more calories. Hopefully it was a fluke, but if not, time for more food.
I had 5 SLINshot before a 190g carb breakfast and my D-pol with it. I planned on sleeping in a little today, but it looks like I'm used to getting up at 5am and I couldnt stay asleep. My gym closes at noon anyways, so since I'm up I'll take advantage of it. I'm about to go start celebrating my independence with some deadlifts.

Hopefully my weight is back up in the next few days. It's been hard to stay on track with the recent changes in my calorie expenditure. I think I have a good grasp on it now, but I still am not sure exactly what my total calorie intake should be at this point. Up until a few weeks ago I had everything perfected and was putting on lean weight at a strong pace. My "new" newbie gains might be slowing down as well as I get closer to my old weight. Either way, things are still going great, but there's no reason not to try and make them better.
That's moving some IRON right there !

I'm still feeling like I have an extra edge in the gym thanks to D-pol. Once I start working out I can tell my strength is up and it puts me in a great mood. My rest time has also been slightly decreased between sets and it hasn't resulted in a drop in numbers.
I had another 4 SLINshot before a big post workout meal and it kept me from feeling weighed down as usual.
