No not that I've seen. I'm in need York. I have access to trader Joes, some health food stores, markets etc, but no mainstream carb conscious product s like carbmaster.
The Walmart where I live actually carries it. Is is any good? Im such an addict for almond milk that I just haven't tried
 
Package finally came in this morning. Maple Buttermilk Pancake - AMAZING. 2 scoops w/ 16oz 2% milk. Love the sweet and subtle maple flavor, I've got a new go-to now.

No issues mixing in shaker, I even got sidetracked getting ready for work and forgot to shake it right away. Even after sitting for a min it didn't clump up like other powders I've used do.

You must be tripping.

Maybe not 1600 calories but it all depends on how your body processes it. For me, it wouldn't be near enough. For my boss, he freakin' gains weight on 1500 and he's 60-70 lbs heavier than me. Granted, his weight is more fat than muscle. ;)

Lou was eating a lot more a few weeks ago before he started to cut up

I know him personally and he was in taking 3,000+ and was holding a lean state . He's just trying to cut up and it was a sarcastic comment

I know some girls who are 130-150 pounds who eat 3,000 plus and don't gain weight

Honestly, it gets so much harder to shred fat from bulks the older I get. My body likes to hold all fat in my lower stomach and quads so I may have near striated shoulders up top but I'll still be in double digit body fat.

I'm going so low today because I pigged out a bit yesterday and also I still have a few more weeks before I'm cleared to add cardio to my mini shred down.
