Lol depends on what I'm doing. Today I was only in for 2hrs cardio and abs too. Xmas tree? I don't get it lol

Well that time in the gym... About 30 mins or so is dedicated to stretching. And it also accounts for rest periods. When I get into my heavy working sets for my main lift I'll take 3-5 to sometimes even 8 minute breaks just to prepare for the next set!

Had a great workout today. Even had my old lifting partner with me. No huge PRs broken just an extra rep here and there with the small stuff. I either need a stim break or a Condense break because the effects are starting to become less noticeable! Log ends Wednesday! Final review to follow!

Work the next two days. Body needs the time off. Yesterday (Wilsy!) probably was overtraining. Did 4 days in a row when usually I do 2, off 1, on 2,etc. But since I haven't done chest since the 7th I figured it was OK to toss in. I'm paying for that this morning! Woke up swollen and tight. Looked good in the mirror but didn't feel good lol... Rest is when the body repairs and the muscle grows!

Wednesday when I get back into the gym I'll finish up the last of my DPOL and it will also be Squats to finish up the 3x3 week for CYCLE 8. Final review will follow either Wednesday or Thursday!

Good ****!

I can normally over train for about three weeks then I start to stagnate and go backwards. CNS fried. I guess a De load would be ideal. Strategic over reaching I believe it's referred to as. In theory I could over train for 2 weeks taper back and recover some then hit it hard again. I've switched to a legs/push/pull/off repeat routine so significantly less volume than a typical bro split. Two weeks in and loving it so far. Making dem GAINZ!! lol (slowly but that's the idea) all dem natty guys are on this split so I decided it was time I jumped on that boat!

No no signs of a ruptured liver lol! Still achy/sore to touch. Might call up my doc and have him check me out. I just hate going to him since he's like 45 minutes away!

Is it not a good idea to run an AI when using DAA? Id be afraid of some of it converting. The area is a bit unclear, Some say you don't need it some say you do!

Depends on how one's body reacts. You could always stack recycle and d-pol together for an ai super test boosting effect!
