Biggest improvement in my eyes was my back width, I don't think I'm holding too much more water then in the beginning so I'd say atleast a lb or 1.5 lbs of muscle gained. In a month for me natty that is pretty good at this point. The physical changes weren't crazy but the strength gain was of the charts so I tally this up as a win!

Bf probably 11ish right now I'd guess. After pics I started carbing up with spaghetti and all kinds of goodies including a brownie!! Omg it was so good. Today it will be semi clean but I'm heading into a month and a half carb bulk followed by 2-3 week cut/recomp and then hulking on test bro!
