There was no topping the feeling in the gym bro! I was on cloud 9 and the weight felt easy. I easily could have done 235 for 5 but I guess it just leaves me open for next chest day! Thank you for the feedback bro as always!

I look @ your last work out & got a couple of questions...

The DB flys were they incline or flat?
What is the "wide" hammer strength? Chest press?

I'm not bagging on you at all but someone in my gym one day, (240lbs+) been lifting for years state people can build a "nice body" with hammer strengths... I notice you use them a lot & I'm not saying anything is wrong with them but they work that good huh? :lol:
JJ, you prove diet makes a huge different is a major part of the equation vs. Just lifting....

Flat on the flys, the hammer strength machine works wonders for me mainly because I don't often times have a spotter. It also allows you to concentrate on slow negatives and wide gives me the best pump out of all my chest work outs.

Hammers are the shiz. Especially in the no spotter situation. Imo second best to barbell.

Sorry for no update today. Will throw one up a little later. Just had my sons 7th bday party at a go kart place. Also had to drive 2 hours away to get my other boy from his mom so my day has been go go go.

They're both passed out haha! Had a blast and they were so wore out. Meeting up with my dad to go see the new Bourne movie now.

Day 28 (August 12th)

Weight unknown

Off day from the gym. I was wrecked when I woke up, whole body was sore and I could tell I really pushed myself hard this week. It's kind of funny but I actually love the feeling because I know it was an effective week. Dpol still 3 caps and recycle is at 7 caps right now. In dosing recycle 3 caps preworkout and 2 more doses of 2 caps every 6 hours now.

Hung with the family all day and it was exactly what I needed! We had a blast and made some good memories. It was my youngest sons first time riding go karts and it was funny to see how competitive he was, reminds me of me! :-) when we would pass someone he would mock them and keep giving me high fives lol! I they passed us he would get upset and say dad we are losing! All ticked off like! Good times for sure.

I'll admit diet has been terrible the last few days. Woke up pretty lean though but I usually don't notice effects for a few days when diet slips.

That's my little beast bro! He is 3 but does some serious damage dude! No lie him and my 7 year wrestle and all I hear is I give up from my 7 year old! Kids going to be a monster when he gets older. I just hope he can control his temper, he gets a bit of tunnel vision some times.

Arms/cardio. Pump and strength today were off the charts. Arms look and feel huge! Not too mention hurt because the pump is so insane. The sweets and carbs from the last few days have really filled me up. Of course I'm holding some water but I think I'm looking ripped with the added few pounds.

Set all kinds of PRs today and even felt like I sand bagged on a few of the lifts. :-) This run just keeps getting better! Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up on the extension so I will have to see If the goodies make it here by Wednesday when I will be out of dpol. :-(
