Howwe, the avi was in week 5-6 of my last cycle. I'm not far off right now from that even with the carb days! I'm goin to try to get to that level though by the end of this. I think I may have been as low as 8 percent there not sure though. Thank you for the kind words as always!

Hmm, I felt the opposite myself bro. Think the tan may have thrown you off a bit. LOL

That was during week 4 pct. I was leaner so and tanner which makes it look a little different but the size difference is pretty obvious to me. You have to remember the distance isn't exact it was just a quick snap shot. I would have to concur but either way I'm happy that the pumps are way better right now. The left pic was on a arm day the right was chest so that may also play a part.

Arms look sick LTL. Intimidating. Pictures show they definitely have gotten fuller and bigger. Definite rewards of hard work and Purus and clean diet.

Shoulders/cardio/abs. I'm definitely not liking these days where I just can't get it together. I have A Lot of outside stress hitting me this week and it's not helping my energy at all. I can usually handle this type of sh1t easier but
am struggling to now. Not sure if it's a side of something in the stack. Maybe a combo of high test and withdrawal like symptoms from fat smack. Not sure and can't quite say that for certain but something is different. I went in today irritated and initially planned on legs but thought switching to my favorite day (shoulders) would help but it failed. End rant and I apologize for the less then alpha update!

Hit good numbers on some lifts and kept it light on others.

Wasn't really trying to say strength wasn't good. I felt it was. Just have more stress with outside sh1t then one person can handle seriously. I won't go into it but r3act can verify its hard to deal with this sh1t.

Thanks guys. I'll make it through. Fat smack is helping and the fact that first dropped carb night and I'm drying out like crazy already is a nice plus. Think upping the dose on recycle definitely made a huge difference in the AI/anti cortisol effects. Carbs have been insanely low and I haven't had much time to eat today so my calorie intake will be pretty low too. These pics are going to be sick! Been throwing about 20 mins extra of ab work everyday this week at home so it's tightening up the stomach too. Thanks again for the support.

Peanuts, low carb protein bar, jack links jerky
1 slice while wheat, pb, light jelly, Greek yogurt, low fat string cheese
2 scoops whey and pb in water

~235 protein ~120 carbs

Legs/cardio/abs. Short but sweet. Switched from smith to barbell for squats and only lost 2 reps on max lift, that made me feel pretty good. Also set a leg press PR. Not sure what is up with the weight drop but I did dry out and tighten up big time in the last 48 hours.
