Me neither bro, serious. I feel like I've been bulking forever lol, excited to start shredding up. Normally I wouldn't just jump into an entire stack of a product without trying any of it, but looking at ur gains and especially LTL's just cause hes natty for this, I have faith to say the least lol. Plus I like the fact that they make basically everything that you could want to use, and I really like the focus on product synergy too.

ConDense + SLINshot = PRs for Jim?

I'm so amazed at how well these products compliment each other! Makes for a nearly unbeatable all around stack.

Calorie intake was through the roof today. I'm thinking I'll have 170 on lockdown! I will see how I feel in the AM but I'm already jonesin for the gym. May do chest instead of a rest day... :-)

Weight 168 (+1) this confused me, been eating like a pig!

Chest/cardio/abs. Amazing day yet again! PR's all over and very impressed with the 15 lbs I've added to bench in about 3-4 weeks! Pump was through the roof and arms were all swole up! Killed it bros, chest felt like it was ripping apart on the last few sets of wide press and through out the rest of the workout!

Arms look solid. Biceps and triceps separation is very clear. Good size versus rest of body.

Feeling just a tad bloated though! It's easy to feel like this though when you run so low carbs for so long!

Look a bit wet but it won't be hard to dry up. I still have a few more build days left before I start the cut. Want to make sure I add a bit more size before I cut back the carbs. Will probably have update pics on Sun/Mon so I'll start cutting back hard about wed/thurs.
 
Day 21 diet

3 eggs, 1 whole wheat slice, 3 turkey bacon
low carb protein bar, 1 slice whole wheat with PB and light jelly
can of tuna fish, 2 scoops whey, PB
bag of peanuts, jack links jerky
handful of grapes, nutra grain bar
1 1/2 cans tuna fish in light mayo, string cheese, greek yogurt
1 egg mcmuffin, 1 sausage mcmuffin
2 scoops whey with peanut butter in water

~320 protein ~220 carbs

This day was an extended day being I was up from 10 AM Sunday until about 10 AM Monday with only a three hour nap in between. Third shift is funny on Sundays.
 
Day 22

Today will be an off day for me. Slept in just a bit and have been relaxing. I may add a third week review sometime today but I will be structuring it a bit differently to keep it interesting. ;-)
