Thanks bro! The craziest part is I'm right back on track man. I had a few so-so workouts and boom I said fock this and kicked it back into overdrive. I'm going in and this weight I'm putting up which is more then the week before feels light. I could have easily hit 5 at 225 today possibly even 230! My PR which was on cycle is 1x5 at 230. Maybe next time! Thank you for the support brosef!
