Im coming off of a cycle and in my PCT i will begin this (a lot of credit to Building The Perfect Beast)

Training Style- DC 2x upper, 2x lower. every 4th+5th week=cruise. first 2 weeks of this will be a "cruise"

Training Days (4x/week)
IGF lr3 125mcg pre w/o (5-6pm)

GHrp2 + cjc w/o 200/200 pre am starved cardio, post w/o, before bed

Non Training Days (3x/week)
peg MGF 300mcg at 1pm
ghrp2+cjc 2-3x


what u guys think?
 
I'm still learning this peptide stuff but from my limited knowledge base it looks like dosage and times are right. Have you looked at just pinning IGF before bed? Had a few interesting reads on it.
 
i would NEVER take any form of insulin before bed. thats so stupid IMO...sugar coma... i used lr3 once before and after each shot i HAD to do 10g carbs/1lb within the next 2-3hours. i was just so hungry/craving carbs
 
oh I see what you are saying. Im still researching and I have seen a few people mention taking it before bed because that is when your body uses it the most... during sleep. Anyways I am here to learn any info you have or think I could use please share. Its hard to find medical articles or studies on IGF-1 LR3 to research.
 
Upgrade:

Ive been doing DC 4x/week for the past 3 weeks, love it. ive been carb cycling, ~200g carbs on workout days (4x), about 10-20 on non workout days (cardio only 3x week).
Today i started ghrp2 and CJC w/o dac at 200mg each. i did pre cardio, afternoon and pre bed. everytiime i got cold sweats and got hungry, i think this are all signs that my peptides are LEGIT.
