Training:
A 4-day routine consisting of a squat, bench, deadlifting, and bodybuilding day. Mixing in, dynamic max effort and higher repetition days. I try and do as little cardio as I can get away with, but every other weekend I do a 16 mile hike and I walk 2 miles to work every day. My joints don't always permit to lift as heavy as I would like.

Diet:
I don't track calories or macros, but last I did I fell into the 4500-5000 range. I don't eat "clean" but I do take in plenty of protein and very little junk food, mcdonalds and pizza happen though. I have a fairly demanding job, I'm a personal trainer 5 days a week, and two days a week I teach Kyokushin karate. I may track macros for the sake of this log though.

Goals and concerns:
If I gain a bit of muscle, great. If I lose a bit of fat, great. My real goal though, is improving my squat, I am fairly concerned about the dose though, I've never taken M-Sten before, but the dosage seems low, who knows? Maybe it's as good as they say. I do have a history with anabolics although a fairly brief one, and I was supposed to be on test right now before it turned out to be a bad batch. Oh well IronMag to the rescue.

Final review.

Alright so if you read through this log you'll see I didn't post a whole hell of a lot. Simply because I didn't notice a whole hell of a lot.

So let's get to it

I felt no real boost in strength. I lost a bit of weight and went back up, and I do seem to be a bit tighter around the mid section, minimally though.

The good: I got a fair bit of vascularity at about the start of week 3. And seemed to look a bit dryer, without punishing my joints. The pumps were decent, but nothing mind blowing.

The bad: headaches were present, but they went away when I paid closer attention to my diet/sodium/water intake.

If I'm being honest I think 20 mg is not going to work for me, if I were going to take this product again I'd bump it up to 40 mgs. Although 20 may serve well when dieting to prevent muscle loss. 40 would also probably raise my BP too much, so I advise anyone who plans to take this product, HP will help but keep your diet very on point. I also believe 4 weeks may be too short.

I've heard of people having great luck with this product, but not me. I think it's a solid and versatile product for someone who is sticking with PH/DS, or more specifically someone who has more of a BB'er mindset, diet, and routine.

Thanks guys, let's hope it all goes well. If there's anything I've learned, if a side effect is at all possible with a compound, I'm probably going to get it.
 
I'm running 20mg with 4-andro rx.. Only sides so far are higher blood pressure, oily skin and some quick nut shrinkage. But those are not bad.
 
Should be a good run. I've been reading really good reviews on this stuff.

Also I didn't mention it, but I'm going to take each dose with grapefruit juice, and continue with my preworkout beet juice.

No m-Sten taken til Sunday though.
HB is preloaded and I have a clean bill of health. Blood pressure just below normal.

Rest day from the gym, but I did foam roll, and hit a couple sets of face pulls and shoulder dislocations while I was at work.

Diet was good,

Breakfast
7 eggs
2 whole wheat bagels
2 apples on my walk to work.

Lunch
Protein shake and two glasses of milk.
Peanut butter sandwich and two chicken breasts.

Snack
4 string cheeses
A buttload of almonds.

Dinner
Had 3/4 pound bison burger.
Sweet potato.
A large salad with Cesar.
About another liter of milk.

About to head to sleep, probably going to take down some milk and a couple yogurts.

Not as many carbs as usual but still not bad.

Took first dose this morning. Another one on the way. Obviously nothing yet.

No training today but I did teach 4 hours of martial arts, so I'm pretty wiped.


Breakfast:
A couple doughnuts, 6 cheesy eggs, and about 1/2 pound of turkey bacon

Lunch:
A skirt steak and mashed potatoes.

Dinner:
2 chicken breasts on roll with avocado and corn salsa.

Also have had close to a gallon of milk today.

Cissus never really worked for me. But I think it was just too low of a dose. I just need to spend a lot more time warming up.

Honestly I think the martial arts are the main culprit for the joints.

Same here with cissus. I am trying out Achilles right now. No opinions yet.
 
Let me know how it treats you, at this point glucosamine works to a degree, but the only thing that really works well is Dbol lol.

Today is a rest day but I'll be getting a deep tissue massage tonight, and hitting deadlifts tomorrow.

Not exactly "clean" but between that and the msten, I'm hoping to see a rise in bodyweight soon.

Hi PH. I'm 52 and have the usual joint issues. Try 2 iForce Joint Help with 3 glucosamine ED. It really helped me. Nice log brother.

High blood pressure. I usually run in the low normal range. Now I'm running high. If you are thinking if taking m-sten. Get on your effing Hawthorne berry and preload it.
 
Nice work so far. We have really similar numbers - I pulled 495 for a true double ystrday, should have done the triple but I pussed (535 current max). And my squat is only 10 up on you, bench is only 285. I'm 3wks off Msten (amongst a bunch of dheas) and can say 20mg was side-free basically and at 28mg I had pretty bad blood pressure headaches. My bp was 122/60 and on 24mg of Sten it was 152/60 at rest. But if you've used dbol before then you're prob gonna need 30 to see real gains. That being said, 20 will def still give you awesome pumps and good strength progression.
 
Btw, you've gotta get some heavier tunes. Christ man, how the hell are you supposed to set a new max on squat to that song?! Do yourself a favor and get some Pantera or Five Finger Death Punch...something!

I listen to all kinds of ****, just saying that it pays to get ferocious for a true PR attempt and the music can make or break it - ever leave your ipod at home on accident and realize they're playing Lady Gaga at the gym? I listen to Lady Gaga even, but not when I'm trying to lift the whole gym lol

I dig that song btw, I could max to that I guess. But no way on the ivy. Take that bar out of the rack like it's your bitch, drop into the hole, & explode upward and lift with your whole body as you spread the earth apart w/ sides of your knees! PR time!

Some ppl (you) respond much better than others...I'm a high bp kid on cycle. And gyno prone. And bad acne. Buuuut no male pattern baldness & I never have gotten bad testicular atrophy. I mean they tighten up a lil but it's not very noticeable - never went raisin status yet.

Guess that's how the Olympians can stand to run so much gear - they're just respond so favorably they can manage grams of test & tren well.
 
My hair doesn't fall out, it's crazy thick, every other side though. I get in full.

My hair is still on my head also. LOL. So far, tolerable sides for me.
 
So I'm feeling a bit lethargic the past couple days, which is great because sleep doesn't come easy to me. I've slept 18 of the past 24 hours though lol. Didn't even make it to the gym. So I guess that means squat PR is coming today instead.

I can't blame the m-sten for this though, my sleep is always whacky.
 
Was dying under the bar today. Was able to hit 365 for 2 sets of 6. But no PR.

Then went into bench and hit a few sets of 275 like it was easy.

Not an eventful workout but my gym was so busy I just had to get in and out.
 
Day 10.

Still nothing to report, some lethargy and some minor BP issues. No noticeable increases in the gym, aside from maybe some increased pumps.

Hoping to see something soon.

Not much of a workout today but got out with the lady and jogged and also did some stretching and GHR.
 
The pumps will become intense, both back pumps/cramps & vascularity. I looked like 2 scoops of hemavol fresh off an arm routine 24/7, just at rest really. Just poppin out of my skin.
 
Day 11

Deadlifted yesterday. Just did speed pulls about 6 sets of 2 at 315. Was a good day but my low back lit up. Back pumps are here lol.

Hit my good mornings afterwards, then GHR, step ups, and finished with some core.

Good day actually but I better start taking in more taurine.

Haven't checked my weight yet, I was waiting for the two week mark, but I do look a bit leaner, or atleast less bloated. Don't feel stronger or bigger though. Fingers crossed.

Today I'm going to home depot to help my da with some concrete but other than that, it's a rest day.
