Day 15

My tattoos have veins all through them.

I accidentally cut out carbs for a few days. When I ate my weekly pizza this afternoon my arms blew up with veins. Doesn't usually do that. Didn't get much of a workout in today, but hit my close grip bench hard, about 5x10x205
Then a few other tricep focused stuff. Just At a thirty min break from work.

I feel good though, sides seem to be going sown somewhat. 2 weeks done, but it seems to be getting better, I'm box squatting tomorrow so I'll check my weight then as well.
 
Day 15

No time to shop lol. So I ate the rest of my meat freezer lol. It was a paleo weekend. Didn't even have milk!

Walking lunges
20 steps 95 pounds for 3 sets

8 sets of 75 second planks

Solid workout.
Weight is 201?? I guess I lost 4 pounds lol. Maybe I'll be a 198'er soon.

Signed up for a meet on August 10th. USPA.
 
Bench. Max ****ing effort.

Worked up to a set of 3 at 280. Pretty solid. Although my legs were tired and I really wasn't getting the leg drive I wanted. I need to overhaul my bench a bit.

Floor presses, don't really know my progression here but did 6 sets of 6

Ended with some exhausted flyes and pushups.

Spent a good amount of time teaching my girlfriend how to bench. Sues competing with me in august.

Either way my chest was pumped up way more than usual, which was cool.
 
Today was a food blur. Lots of new clients this week so lots of work going over video footage.

Deadlifts tomorrow. Im thinking I'm going to focus on deficit pulls, my lockout has been good but my drive off the floor is suffering.

I feel good, sides have mostly subsided, no real lethargy.

Breakfast was
A bag of almonds and 8 eggs. Washed down with protein shake.

Break at work:
A chicken salad

Lunch:
Low on time so I stopped off at the deli and bought two footlong tuna melts.

Dinner. On the way.
I don't know what dinner is yet, but it's going to be focused on veal. Girlfriend is cooking German food tonight.

Also I've drank a about half a gallon of milk and a 64 oz bottle of cranberry juice.
 
Day 23.

Haven't updated I'm a while. Weight is 202. And OHP and deadlift are up (slightly).

I look a little leaner and a bit more vascular but nothing crazy. Sides are gone but overall it seems to not be doing a whole hell of a lot to or for me. I'm going to push myself and eat big the next couple weeks, we'll see what happens.
 
Well it's the final day, and I'm going to go into PCT now. I'll write my final thoughts on the first page in a bit.
