Puffy nipples day 5 PCT after Epi

ive been running nolva 20/20/10/10 and noticed my nips have been sensitive and getting slightly puffy... i've scrolled through the forum and ive read that if there are no hard lumps, there is nothing to worry about.. is that true? any precautions i should take? would adding erase be helpful? There is also a clear discharge coming from them which would indicate elevated prolactin levels... should i be worried?
 
I would get on top of it, get some prami and examestane. do you need it, probably not, but why risk something permanant?
 
Examestane 25mg a day until it subsides then run it a until a week after you finish nolva, start prami at .25mg increase if needed. I doubt youd need the prami or have to go above .25mg but it helps to have it just in case. I had the same leaky nip issue and formeron fixed it. but better safe than sorry, my puffiness never went away though, hence recommending the prami.

If you cant get examestane I would advise formeron, if youre having issues on nolva though i would say the issue is bunk nolva or prolactin.
 
I got my nolva from a reputable peptide site, so I dont think nolva is the case... should I up my nolva dosage as well?
 
I don't think so, youre taking nolva at 20mg per day right? If youre still having issues its likely prolactin, which lowering estrogen itself and lowering prolacting directly will help with.

Thanks for your help dude.. i went ahead and ordered some exemestane. I'll kick it off at 25 mg a day like you recommended.. You mentioned 25 mg a day until the sides subside? should i lower it to 12.5 mg a day when the sides subside? Also, should I taper off the emestane dosage towards the end of my PCT, or keep it going after im finished with 20/20/10/10 nolva?
 
Lower it once it subsides to. 12.5 or even 6.25 I like to run it a couple weeks after I discontinue nolva to prevent rebound. Exemestane is suicidal so you shouldn't need to taper. Won't hurt though

I would also go the estrogen+prolactin approach. Never can be too carefuly and fixing the problem now will be cheaper than fixing it later. Pick up for prami or caber if you wanna go the RC rout or inhibit P if you wanna go OTC.
