can somebody please tell me how much protein i should drink in a day i weigh 200 and 5'7. i keep getting conflicting answers

If you're looking to gain LBM, most will recommend 1.5 to 2 times your BW in grams of protein.

You're looking at 300 to 400 grams.

If you're looking to trim up, you still want a gram per pound.
