ok guys so heres the dilema,
my girlfriend used synthra 6, and MHP up your mass (half serving each time) for after her workouts or when shes hungry,
body well handed me out a few samples called tight curves that look really good for her however not enough protein per packet (15g) and it comes with folic acid and green tea extract, a packet of 30 is WAY to expensive,.
im looking for a protein powder that has some thermogenic ingredients in it for her, but not over powering with caffeine
does anyone have any suggestions? or should i make my own blend one tru protein
