Protein Powder recommendation

Looking for a post workout protein powder, and a multi use one throughout the day. Quality and Cost biggest concern

Mts, pes, blue star, cellucor,

Go with one of those. They all taste really good and are top notch protein supplements

Well from cost perspective there are a lot of cheap ones out there, any to stay away from?

Honestly, if you're going to be supplementing with a protein powder I would try to go with high quality and not a cheap powder. I know there are some that have been said to be spiked but I can't think of any off rip. Are you planning on using multiple servings of whey everyday?

Being on strict budget myself, check out myprotein, quality and having a great sale, esp on their WPC... otherwise rumor has it that PES will be having an insider sale next week on vanilla Select, a blended pWO or anytime protein

My Protein, True Nutrition, or RawDynamix. I use RD and buy the WPC 80% and Milk Protein and mix them - gives you about a 55/45 Whey/Casein blend for about $10/LB. Double Shot the flavoring and try Cinnabun.

I can personally vouch for MyProtein's double chocolate, vanilla, latte, salted caramel, and more I can't think of. MetRX is having a sale with like 5 lbs of chocolate for $30. And Dymatize XT is on sale as well.

Big fan of Dymatize Elite XT flavors... best I've tasted. BUT - IIRC the second ingredient is Soy Protein, the first is WPC of unknown percentage (can be as low as 30%). We're getting into a quality vs cost issue now.

Just got an that Myprotein extended their sale. Up to 65% off.

For quality to price you won't beat them:
